This was a perfect house for a large family, 9 adults and 2 one year olds and it still felt spacious! The room layouts were wonderful, well appointed kitchen, and wonderful views. The spacious beachfront was spectacular and the dock was amazing, with its covered gazebo which made for perfect reading by day and relaxation at night. The pool was the largest of 5 previous rentals and the mid week cleaning was appreciated, but not required. The house is peaceful yet in a perfect location close to starfish point and Kaibo Beach club, and a wonderful mile walk to Rumpoint. Marva was incredibly responsive and helpful. Lisa was amazing as we planned our trip and gave so many details and referrals. We selected a private chef she recommended it was my favorite night of the week. I honestly can say there is not one thing I would change or could complain about, 10 out of 10!!!
Total privacy.
So many lounging spots to choose from!

Perfect family vacation spot!

We had an amazing vacation at this property. It was perfect for us and great access to everything we wanted to do. Water tours picked us up at our dock and kids loved all. We will be back!

Simply Put...It's Paradise!

If you want that once in a lifetime family/friends vacation book this place. You won't be disappointed! It is not by all of the downtown action if you want that. We did rent a vehicle. The house is about 50 mins away. However it is a 5 min. walk to StarFish Point. 5 minute walk to Kaibo Kai Beach/Restaurant/Cafe. 5 minute drive to Rum Point (which I highly recommend)We did the Bioluminescent Tour out of Rum Point and it was the Best excursion ever. We drove to 7 mile Beach one day.. it was beautiful there! You will be so glad you did it. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fabulous! Our favorite hangout! The pier/pavillion was a great place to relax out over the water! Had a great time kayaking too!Soo many outside areas to sit! The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was like brand new and so organized and clean. They even have a drawer filled with spices for cooking! The views are AMAZING! Marva the house manager is awesome! The owners are great and very responsive to your needs! The pictures don't lie.. even more beautiful in person. Celebrated our Daughters Birthday/Mother's Day/hubby's Retirement and even better our daughter got engaged out on the pier! This place is Paradise! You won't even want to leave it!!

Paradise on Cayman's North Side

Amazing property with immaculate house, amazing pool and beautiful beach. The location was quiet/private, yet only minutes from the Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point when we were looking for more activity or a bite to eat. Easy access to water activities - jet skis can be delivered right to the property's dock and we boarded a boat excursion less than 5 minutes away at Rum Point. Highly recommend for a leisurely beach vacation!!

Awesome Time!

House is located in the nice and quite area of Rum Point just south of star fish point. Walking distance to a nice restaraunt, and of course star fish right off your beach area. Can snorkel or paddle board. Skip the frantic and crowded area by 7 mile and go to where its nice an quiet.

A fantastic home that had everything we needed. World class kitchen, Plenty of space to hang out and great pool. A quiet area with a great restaurant and coffee in a few minutes walk. Owners and property managers were highly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Beautiful Property-Perfect Stay

The property was perfect for entertaining our group of Adult family and friends. Communications with the host was excellent. We really appreciated having so many spaces to choose from to relax in. The pool was enjoyed by all. Spaces are all large and beautifully appointed. We look forward to returning next year!

Cayman Family Paradise

We loved our stay at this Cayman family paradise! The property is well suited to families of all ages to enjoy the property, in particular the huge pool, abundance of seating areas and dock with palapa. There are lots of starfish/etc to spot the dock and we arranged a boat pick up from the dock for other snorkel/etc excursions. The interior of the house is just as pictured and we appreciated prompt responses from the owner and housekeeper. Highly recommended!

Big clean beautiful home

The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. We are 3 generations, with 4 teenagers. The house has all tile floors with high ceilings and open spaces. It is beautiful, but It did get loud, with the small scale pool table with no pockets, however that didn’t stop anyone from playing. The outside spaces are amazing. Kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, all were used constantly. We never did fine the corn hole though. The location is good with a couple restaurants. We went into George Town a few times, about a half hour drive. The beds were comfortable, but could use a king bed. Overall it was a great place to spend Christmas

Cayman Kai for a great time!

This is a great location to get away from the crowds at 7 mile beach ! You can get a private chef to cook in a great meal or 2 and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Awesome pool and outdoor space and very spacious 5 bedrooms for the whole gang or 4 couples. Owners are easy to communicate with and you will really enjoy your stay her!😎😎

Amazing Property

The house was spacious, impeccably decorated and well stocked - host was receptive and helpful. Property was truly magical!!! I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking for a private home with 5 star amenities in a fabulous location!

Anniversary Trip

The property and house were beautiful! We enjoyed our 6 nights in paradise. So many starfish and lots of little fish to catch. We were a part of 10 and plenty of space for everyone! Miss our morning coffee on the back porch! Rum point is super close and Kaibo is a quick walk or jump on a scooter that are all around.

Little Slice of Heaven

We had two families with college aged children stay in this amazing home. Complete with its own dock, gazebo and pool deck, it felt like we were on our own private island. The house is completely updated and easily fit our party of 9. There is the Kaibo restaurant within walking distance which also has a marina where we met the ferry and our chartered boat and Rum Point is just a birdie ride away. We ordered groceries and drinks and had them delivered to the house but we might decide to rent a car next time for convenience. The house manager, Marva was available at the drop of a hat and always so helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and will be returning to the amazing island.

Fantastic property!

We cannot express how incredible this property was for our family. If you want to be close to restaurants, beach bars, starfish, sunset catamarans but….not around people, all at the same time, this location is exactly what you want. The property was immaculate and the host along with the young woman who met us and cleaned the property could not have been more engaging. This property deserves the highest rating on all levels. Oh, the pictures on the site look great BUT it is even better in person.

Great week at Rum Point/Cayman Kai

Excellent property. Everything was perfect. The pool is fantastic. Great dock with cover. Very quiet and private. The only issue was with the shower drains. They drained slowly and water backed up in bathrooms. AC worked well. Beds were satisfactory. Outside areas were phenomenal. Would stay here again. Well worth the price.
