"Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable. "

"It was a very nice place for either one or two guests to stay. The video on the lock box was very helpful. Make sure guests know it takes about 10 minutes for the hot water to warm up. I knew that in advance, so it was no problem."

"Location: The area was in a safe and cute looking neighborhood. The door to the apt building locked so it gave a secondary sense of safety. The unit was next to a Starbucks so that was great for morning coffees. It was also walkable to all bars and stores in the gayborhood. "This was the best location, in the heart of Boystown. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities. The price was very reasonable as well. Complaints: located directly above a nightclub and the noise comes through the floor until 11pm. The bathroom is tiny and needs a refurbishment. "

"The location is tremendous and the complex is very quiet at night, even with the train tracks close by and the window open, it was nice and quiet with just whooshing train sound. (this is important because sometimes people dont want to stay by the L, but I thought it was really quiet in the neighborhood and the train sounds were minimal.
