"This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This is an excellent location on the North Shore. The residence was clean and quiet, and I appreciate quiet. For the 2 of us there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Ritz resort. There was a lot to process when we arrived to get into the VRBO. Overall I would recommend. "

"We had good communication except when we needed help with the sheets. The upstairs sheets were stained and when we checked in around 10:00 P.M. we text the two contacts and didn't get a response until after 11:00 when we had retired. Not wanting to sleep on what looked like blood stained sheets, we took them off and slept with our own blankets. "The location of the house is amazing. The owner and his crew are very nice and helpful. The house needs some maintenance … the jacuzzi was not working during our stay and it was very disappointed for the kids. Overall we had a great time."
