"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"Place was average but it's not looking as pictures are online. Totally different than pictures and staff was rude when I ask her for spare towel on 4th day . She says it's not motel or hotel so no room service and no spare towels until 4th day passed. Anyhow she gave me after I requested again because we were staying with kids but I wasn't hoping this answer. This was the only time I went to reception after that we just ignored it. "the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind. we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating. some walking tracks are abit overgrown. doesn't have microwave. nonetheless, will definitely come back"

The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, helping us settle in and enjoy everything the property had to offer. Nestled on the edge of the national park, it was the perfect place to unwind. We loved spending our days bushwalking, relaxing by the fire, and soaking in the luxurious spa. It was a peaceful, memorable getaway, and we can't wait to return."
