"It was great EXCEPT there was NO hairdryer in my room (yes I checked all the drawers in everything - Love playing where's Waldo on the hairdryers in the UK) - didn't notice til early the next am 6 am - no one on duty while they offered to bring one up calling number at reception - I was on my way ..."
