The space

Welcome to Casa Fortuna — a freshly renovated, bright and sun-filled home designed to feel like the best version of your own. Whether you're here for a long weekend escape, a family vacation, a remote work retreat, or a slow few weeks of doing absolutely nothing, this house has everything you need and nothing you'll have to scramble to find.

The moment you step inside, you'll feel the openness. The front living room — lovingly set up as a kids' zone — has its own Smart TV and a credenza stocked with puzzles, board games, and baby toys, so families traveling with little ones can settle in immediately without ordering a single thing. From there, the home flows effortlessly into the heart of the house: a dining room with seating for eight, a fully equipped chef's kitchen right in the center of it all, and a back living room anchored by brand-new leather couches, more games and puzzles, and our carefully curated library with a dedicated reading nook and puzzle table — the kind of cozy corner you'll fight over.

Step outside to the screened-in porch and you've got the best of both worlds: a comfortable lounge area and a high-top bar table for six — perfect for al fresco dinners without the bugs or the direct sun. Beyond that is the main event: a beautifully landscaped pool oasis that feels genuinely private. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub is surrounded by four loungers, Adirondack chairs, and two oversized cantilever umbrellas. It's the kind of backyard you'll never want to leave.

When you do venture out, you'll be glad to know we've thought of that too. Beach chairs, a beach cart, a cooler, pool noodles, cornhole boards, and an umbrella with spike are all here and ready. Arrive light. Live well.

Sleep

Four bedrooms sleep up to ten comfortably. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a gorgeous en-suite bath featuring a Moen thermostatic shower (the water pressure alone might be worth the trip) and an oversized jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and doubles as a home office. The third has two twins, and the fourth has a twin-over-queen bunk bed — great for mixed-age families. A blow-up mattress is on hand for overflow, and a pack-n-play means the youngest members of your crew are covered too. And for families with toddlers, a pool safety fence has been installed so parents can truly relax while little ones play. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet and ceiling fan.

Work & play

Need to stay connected? The dedicated home office — tucked in the second bedroom adjacent to the screened-in porch — is fully set up with an electronic standing desk, a 27" 4K LG monitor, laptop stand, and a leather office chair. High-speed Xfinity internet keeps you running. Five Smart TVs and an in-home Sonos system handle the rest of your entertainment.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook a proper meal for a crowd. The laundry room is in the garage with detergent included, and a boot room inside the house gives you extra storage so the main living spaces stay clean and clutter-free.

Casa Fortuna sits in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with wide sidewalks — ideal for a morning jog, a neighborhood walk, or a family bike ride. And when you're ready to explore, everything is close: Lakeside Park (0.9 mi), Peanut Island (2 mi), Singer Island (3 mi), Juno Beach (4 mi), PGA National (3 mi), MLB Spring Training (3 mi), Palm Beach Outlets (5 mi), Jupiter (5 mi), West Palm Beach (10 mi), and Palm Beach International Airport (13 mi, about 18 minutes). World-class golf, great restaurants, and beach after beach — all within easy reach.

We built Casa Fortuna to be the kind of place where everyone finds their thing — the reader curled up in the library nook, the kids splashing in the pool, the cook taking over the kitchen, the remote worker who actually gets things done. We can't wait to share it with you.

Guest access

Casa Fortuna is yours for the duration of your stay — the entire home, inside and out. All four bedrooms, every living space, the screened-in porch, the pool and patio, the garage laundry room, and the boot room are all available for your use. Everything you see is included: the kitchen, the library, the games, the beach gear, the kids' equipment, and all the amenities listed. There are no shared spaces or off-limit areas. Just make yourself at home — because it is.

Other things to note

Casa Fortuna is a quiet, family-friendly home and we want every guest to have a wonderful stay. A few things to keep in mind: the home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and we ask that all outdoor activities and music wrap up by 10pm in accordance with Village of North Palm Beach noise ordinances.

No parties or events are permitted. For safety around the pool, we kindly ask that guests use only the plastic cups and plates provided — no glass in the pool area. Full house instructions and additional details are included in the welcome book you'll find at the front door upon arrival.
