The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. "

"Wow, the customer service I experienced when staying at Sea Nymph far exceeded any expectations. The manager made herself available and was super helpful with some travel snags that I experienced. The room is right near everything!I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying on Singer Island. "
