Neil was awesome with communication and always responded within a couple of minutes. The house had such a cute modern beach vibe to it, I enjoyed looking at all the little details of the place. The pool in the back was perfect during the day while laying out and then the hot tub was perfect for when it got a little chilly at night. My favorite part was being able to see and even smell the ocean from the front deck. The whole place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! This is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would come back!

Excellent Communication

From minutes after booking, throughout our stay and even after our stay needed, we were in constant contact with the owner. He was always there when we needed him. The place was better than pictured and described. Clean, updated and just what we were looking for. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Stay!

Our young family had a lovely stay at this property! Great community, easy walk to the beach with the kids, quick walking access to various groceries and supplies. The maintenance on the house isn't perfect but it was very clean, smelled nice, and had an abundance of amenities! -Hot tub -Pool -Outdoor shower -Full sized washer & Dryer -Large comfortable balcony with nice views -Grill -Oh... and the ms pacman game was a fun touch. I spent too much time going after the high score!😅

as always i had a fantastic stay at Holly Haven property. There has never been a time when the house wasn’t spotless clean. Not to mention Neal is always very responsive and helpful with any and all needs. This will always be our getaway house.

Great property on a quiet street. Lots of room for parking and the covered car port is great for the motorcycles. Will definitely stay again.

Hollys Havens is a Happy Place

Hollys Haven is everything I look for in a beach house. First of all lets get this straight it's a beach house not a 5 star luxury penthouse. If you are looking for that then move along but if you are looking for a comfortable well equipped clean retro house with modern amenities in a good neighborhood within a short stroll to the ocean thats affordable then you have found the spot. Neal is very helpful. I contacted him before I booked with a few questions and he was very quick to respond and during our stay I discovered something that I wanted to bring to his attention and again he was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay at Hollys Haven again!

We really enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and quick walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A cozy nest with creative beachy vibes

This was our first time going to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Booking our trip with Vrbo and working with Neal was extremely simple, fast and easy. The property was located two blocks from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house was a beautiful cozy little piece of heaven nestled along the other neighborhood beach homes. The inside of the house has a very creative touch with beachy nautical vibes. My wife absolutely loved the interior and I’m sure got many ideas for our own house. The beds were comfy and the home had plenty of space for our family. For the little bit of time that we actually stayed in the house instead of adventuring out, there was board games, a little arcade system, wi-fi, cable TV and Netflix. Which between all that kept the kids very happy! Next time we visit North Myrtle Beach South Carolina we will definitely try and rebook with Neil and stay at Hollys Haven! Such a great amazing little place which made our stay absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Vacation getaway complete!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed the view from the porch, living room with lots of windows and short walk to beach and Italian restaurant. Communication with owner was also excellent.

Cute cottage

Cute cottage. A little small for us with 3 active kiddos. The second bedroom is too small to pull out both trundles but could make it work for a quick trip (2-3 nights). Also, there’s no indoor table to eat together as a family. The island also houses the stove-top which made me nervous with children. Proximity to the beach was great and aside from a few aging furniture items the place felt clean. You can see the ocean from the upstairs patio which was lovely. The toaster was broken and Neal was responsive and allowed us to grab the toaster from the downstairs unit. We would return to Holly’s Haven and rent both units next time for the added space! Thank you, Neal!

Perfect!

Neal’s listing is perfect for a getaway. With Covid, we have been vacationing and booking houses and not hotels, just to avoid a crowd. My husband and I went just us. Upon arrival, the code didn’t work but Neal was a phone call away and very helpful and friendly! Decor was nice. Felt like home. Wish we went when it was warmer so we could use the pool! Only thing I would suggest would be string lights on patio needs many bulbs replaced, it’s a nice setting and it would have been really nice and romantic kinda for my husband and I. Also new pots and pans, 😄 I like to cook and feel as if I’m home so kitchen ware is a plus for me. Location is great! I don’t like it too crowded and the beach area In walking distance for us was nice and not crowded at all. Other than those minor things, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future and recommend to our family!

Great Getaway!

We had such a great time staying at Holly's Haven! It was the perfect location for just the 2 of us to get away from things and enjoy the beach. We loved being so close to the beach and having our own space to retreat when we were done for the day. Neal was so nice and communicative and we look forward to coming back soon!

Good Price, close to the Beach

Price was good, easy walk or golf cart ride to beach. We weren't looking for anything fancy, and this place was great for grilling and hitting the beach. Nice upstairs and downstairs units so we could vacation with family. Comfortable beds. Our unit was not cleaned when we arrived. Owner had a housekeeper out quickly and we went to the beach so no big deal. My biggest complaint was that the little pool was drained and we weren't told about it. We had expected some time grilling and relaxing on the patio while the kids played in the pool as a break from the beach. Would have liked some heads up on that. Owner offered some refund for the oversight so that will be appreciated if received. Owner was flexible and accommodating when we asked to add time to our vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

We absolutely loved Holly's Haven with it's cute decor and unique DIY designs. It was just like the pics and Neal was super nice. It was in a convenient location and the beach was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Experience!!

We had a girls long weekend and Neal was great! Always quick to respond! The property was super cute and very clean! We walked to the beach everyday and the mini mart on the corner was so convenient! We never drove anywhere! We loved how close we were to all the restaurants and bars on OD! You should stay here! We will definitely be back!
