Great property. Great location.Great Amenities.Plenty of towels and cooking gear.Nice clean home. I would stay again!!!!Easy check-in process. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all of our questions. Could use more indoor lightning would be my only suggestion.

Turtles Nest

Amazing! This house was perfect for what we needed! We had 9 People and everybody had a comfortable bed and bathroom to relax in if we were not by the pool or on the beach. The house is charming with beach country vibes and what you’d expect form a rental:)This is an awesome family spot if you have kids, yet not so great for Pre teen, or teens they will defiantly get board! Even with the Board Walk activities in Myrtle Beach. We did have to call management a couple of times and they sent someone right over, to help. The AC stoped working and the roof was leaking onto a dresser, and one of the beds, but Liz and Tracey were right there for us. The beach was also great. Clean and pretty with lots of waves. The house was just a 5 minute walk and if someone can’t make it , or there’s little kids there’s parking right at the beach walk way entrance that’s only 4 dollars an hour, so if you want that ez back and forth for the bathroom or snacks it a no brainer. We actually drove 14 hours to vacation here and can’t wait to do it again next year!

Cute property a short walk from N Myrtle Beach

Nice, clean property that technically has all the amenities. Loved how close it was to N Myrtle Beach (much nicer than Myrtle Beach). Great location, quiet neighborhood and safe. House itself was a little small, but no complaints, really. Con was there weren’t all the extras one typically expects from a rental, such as foil, spices and other cooking items typically left from other renters. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property, short walk to the beach.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and we couldn't have picked a better place. Only problem we had was that the TV didn't work. The management team sent someone over to fix it, but it wasn't easily corrected. They did find a solution at a later time, but didn't want it fixed. We will be returning next year with enough family members to fill the 12 beds provided. Highly recommend this property, just not not when we want to rent it again.

This is by Carine of the best houses I have even rented from VRBO. The house was clean and able to accommodate my whole family. We were 6 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the charcoal grill most night and it was only a short walk to the beach. We also ordered out many days the house location is near many restaurants and take out. We went mini golf, race car track, helicopter ride, river adventure, parasailing, zip lining. Everything is within 5-20 minutes drive. We enjoyed many afternoons in the pool. We look forward to next year. Thank you for the amazing week! Ashley was so easy to deal with even though I have to change my arrival date due to being a nurse and not be able to take off from being working during the pandemic. The house is appropriate if you want to social distance, I personally do not do any indoor stuffs and tried to do things early in the morning, I felt safe.

Perfect family getaway

The house was clean and we'll furnished. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the fenced in yard was very convenient for having our dog with us. Just a couple blocks from the public beach access, so it was easy to come and go during the day. It's in a residential area but only a short drive to stores and restaurants. We had a great time!

COVID Summer Vacation

Such a cute little beach house! This was our first time staying here, and we spent the week celebrating our little one turning two/a get away from the confinements of COVID. When we arrived everything was clean and well put together, we loved that the linens were provided and not an extra step that we needed to take. The house provided numerous beach towels which were so convenient! The kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, pots/pans, cookie sheets, coffee pots, grill equipment, etc. There was nothing that we needed to buy. There were two charcoal grills provided on the property, this wasn't in the listing description and when I called to ask the management group they had said it was propane. Obviously not a big deal, just happy they had something! Charcoal was also available in the pantry so we didn't need to buy any for the grill, which was also nice. The bedrooms are a nice size (3 downstairs, master upstairs). We weren't crazy about there not being TVs in any of the bedrooms except the Master, especially because the living room is smaller and cannot accommodate our group of 7 (6 adults, 1 toddler). What usually ended up happening was 4 of us would be in the living room and the other 2 would have to go upstairs or lay in bed looking at their phones. Not ideal when you want to just relax and watch TV with the whole group. As far as cleanliness, I was very happy with everything with the exception of the floors. Housekeeping could have just skipped over that step before we arrived, but the floors were pretty dirty. My toddler had black feet after walking around the main living area which was not ideal. The pool is a great size, all one depth of about 5 feet or so, and saltwater. There were plenty of chairs to relax in outside, and a large outdoor table with umbrella that provided a space to eat/sit in the shade. The yard is fenced which was perfect for the dogs that we brought with us. The yard is also a really good size considering its proximity to the beach/the yards of most beach houses. I will say, the grass had not been tended to so it was a little high, and there were briers EVERYWHERE that kept sticking to us/our feet if we even stepped in the grass. I'm not sure if that is something that is just the norm for the area, or if the yard just needs better tending, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Overall, this property was so cute and worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood was perfect, and we would recommend to anyone.

Great place and location

Had a wonderful time. Loved the house. Only problem was the unexpected guest (pool man and landscapers). Would have been nice if notification was given. Other than that it was lovely.
