Family Reunion

This was OK. The kitchen needed more pots/pans/bowls for making dinners.It was clean, easy to get to-location was good.Family members were disappointed in the stairs as they were a little steep going into the 2nd floor from outside.Also, there was not pods for the dishwasher/no shampoo/ no rugs on the floors for the bathrooms-little stuff some may want to see added.

Carolina Palm Vacations - North Myrtle

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and large property. The pool was a big hit with the group with enough space in the back for everyone to hang out comfortably. The beds and couches were clean and in good shape. The location close to the beach was an added bonus. Overall 5 star property, would highly recommend!

Our last time

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property and if I remembered about the beds I would not have booked it twice. While the property provides my family with adequate space and is convenient located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach, ALL the mattresses and TVs need to be replaced. All the mattresses are of very poor quality. You can hear and feel each spring with every time you roll over in the bed. I opted to sleep on the couch the last night because my whole body was sore. Some of my family had to leave early because they recently had surgery and couldn’t rest well because of the poor mattresses. The main TV didn’t work because of broken ports in the back so we had to watch Netflix the entire time. My family and I vacation to get quality rest but because of the poor sleeping experience and TV situation we will not book this property again.

Dirty Myrtle

The floors were filthy. Beds were not vrbo quality. The keyless entry was hanging on . The property manager was not easy to contact. The handy man didn’t return to correct the TV’s. We only had 4 TV’s in the whole property, should have had 8. We we were on a three generation family vacation and the home was beautiful on line but it needed a care .

August 2023 extended weekend

Check in was seamless and the house was clean and ready for our large family. Overall we were satisfied with this property however we would like them to give attention to the following items; 1. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced, all 4 corners stick up causing a trip hazard for our young grandkids. 2. The mattresses in the bedrooms are very low quality need to be replaced. 3. Need to install a permanent toddler gate at the living room level. Repair the ceiling on front lower level porch. 4. The picnic table has rotten bench. 5. Towel rack in MBR missing. 6. TP holder in upstairs BR missing. 7.Rail cap on living room level is loose, our grandkids touch everything and one them found this in the first 2 hours. 8. Couldn't find a broom. We understand that this property is very popular and this is the end of the season we just wanted to bring this to the owners attention.

Very nice home. Great location near windy hill beach

It is very nice and big. Loved the location and the pool. Little disappointed there was no soap in any of 6 bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper given for stay Several of bathrooms didnt even have any. Had trouble getting a hold of property manager before stay and received instructions to check in only one hour before arriving.

My family and I were very pleased with this home. Web description doesn't do it justice. It is very spacious, clean and accommodating for a large group. It was 15 of us and we were comfortable in this home. Plenty of seating. The balconies were great, plenty of seating (clean) on all 3. The location is perfect. Literally you're walking distance from the beach (2 blocks) and it's also located to a strip of shopping and entertainment. I do think it's important to mention, there's lots of stairs (which was no problem for my group) but may not be good for anyone with mobile issues. I would definitely rent this home again!

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

We booked this home for our family getting away. 6 adults, and 5 children. CLEANLINESS: The floors were dirty and sticky when we arrived. 5 out of the 7 beds were not changed. There was sand and hair in them. Could not use the washing machine because it was covered in dirt and hair. Most towels had hairs (many hairs). LOCATION: The home is nice enough, but it is in a neighborhood of much humbler homes. There certainly is no HOA. There was a lot of neighborhood noise through the week. Safety was questionable. COMMUNICATION: We informed the property management company the moment we found the dirty beds at 10:30pm. They dropped off new linens at 12:45am. The woman who contacted told me they would have someone come out to clean the floors the next day. I texted her 2x the next day, but she never got back to me and no one ever responded back. OTHER: Here are the other items that were wrong… shower heads were old cheap. Made for uncomfortable showers. Master shower was broken. Dishwasher did now work. Lights in main living room kept tripping the breaker. Don’t believe the responses by management that “had they been told, they would have fixed it.” They were told, and they did not fix anything except to bring us clean sheets at almost 1am in the morning. When I emailed them again after I booked, they told me management would get back to me... crickets! I would highly recommend finding another home to book. You will thank me!

Great location, large spaces, but needs attention

This house was perfect for our family gathering - lots of space including indoor and outdoor areas. Check in and out was easy, and the manager responded quickly to our questions/requests. Only complaint was that the kitchen and main living area were not as clean as we'd expect - floors sticky, counters dirty - but the Mgr sent a crew right away to re-clean. Overall a great choice!

December Get Away

We stayed a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The property manager was very nice, helpful and got back to me with any questions I had! The only issue (Which was not a huge deal to us) was the floors did seem a bit dirty. Like they needed a good mop before we arrived. Other than that…it was a beautiful house with everything we needed for a weekend away with family. The location was amazing. A short walk to the beach. We also loved how every bedroom had a bathroom. We will be booking this house again! ♥️ Thank you!

Worst House I’ve Ever Stayed In (PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY)

Arrived on Sunday November 20th for a week long much needed get away, upon arrival I was embarrassed to invite my friends and family into this house. When I say to you this was a filthy house I mean that with every ounce of me. I’ve rented many homes over the years but this was my first time using this company and I’m sad to say it’s my last. Not only was this home filthy dirty but the linens were soiled on all of the beds along the bottoms, some of the blinds were filthy dirty where they have not been cleaned nor dusted in maybe a year, floors looked as if they had not been swept in a very long time, very sticky as you walked on them, dining table had food crumbs left on it from a previous guest, roach bugs throughout the house, TV in the kitchen does not work and has not worked in years I was told by someone that works for the company, house is advertised for 15 people and we only had 4 spoons and 7 forks to eat with, we lost power to the living room and an electrician came out the following day and replaced a breaker, this is also where the router is at so we had no internet either for gaming, I had five teenage boys with me, we had black mold in in two of the bathrooms, showers were dirty in two of the bathrooms, did I mention roaches in the bathrooms, coffee grounds were left in the pot and they had mold on them, dishwasher tray for the bottom was missing the roller wheel, shower downstairs in the Queen bedroom would NOT drain, not enough HOT water for everyone to get showers, we had to space everything out including using the dishwasher, very little water pressure from the shower heads- they also need is a deep cleaning, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, cooking utensils were dirty, and the kitchen floor was VERY sticky and black dirty. Dining room table has a chair that is broken and the legs are being held together with some rope. This home should have never been rented to us in this manner and should have been deep cleaned before we arrived. I asked several times to be moved to a different house and was told they were short staffed due to the holiday week but anyone working should have been able to accommodate us. I have pictures of everything I have said. Was offered $300 refund to not write a negative review by the the manager at the rental company. I have tried MANY times to get in touch with Chris the manager to speak with him about this property but he will not return an email to me at all. Please avoid this company. 🤬🤬🤬

Beautiful home for a quick getaway

The house was perfect for the 8 of us that got away from home for a quick golf trip. Everything was clean and the house is a great place to relax. Looking forward to booking it again on our next golf trip!

Great location! The house had plenty of room for hanging out and bedroom/bathroom size. The beds need replacing. The room with 2 twin beds have the best beds. The other rooms beds need to be thrown away. Worse night of sleep ever. The couch on the 2nd floor needs cleaning. Pretty gross stains. Overall great place just needs a few updates and deep cleaning.
