The house fit the 11 of us comfortably. Great location for the beach and other fun activities. We had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware to use for meals at the house.

Beautiful home for a quick getaway

The house was perfect for the 8 of us that got away from home for a quick golf trip. Everything was clean and the house is a great place to relax. Looking forward to booking it again on our next golf trip!

Carolina Palm Vacations - North Myrtle

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and large property. The pool was a big hit with the group with enough space in the back for everyone to hang out comfortably. The beds and couches were clean and in good shape. The location close to the beach was an added bonus. Overall 5 star property, would highly recommend!

Family Reunion

This was OK. The kitchen needed more pots/pans/bowls for making dinners.It was clean, easy to get to-location was good.Family members were disappointed in the stairs as they were a little steep going into the 2nd floor from outside.Also, there was not pods for the dishwasher/no shampoo/ no rugs on the floors for the bathrooms-little stuff some may want to see added.

Great house in great location

The house is clean and fit 16 of us comfortably. Lots of space. The pool was great. Walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, stores. Highly recommend

Great Place

We loved the house, it was more than enough room for the 8 of us. Very quiet neighborhood which we loved. We had no issues while we were there. The beach is really close too, took us probably 5 to 10 minutes to walk to it.

Perfect Setup for Bachelorette Party

This house was great for our group of 11 girls to have a quiet bachelorette in Myrtle Beach. While we did run into glass on the pool deck from previous tenants, the property manager promptly replied to our concerns and sent someone to remove glass. Would stay again, anytime!

The kitchen needs help, silverware was lacking, pots and pans were lacking, dishwasher need work. Too many steps looks like there use to be a elevator. Area around the house was great.

Great location, large spaces, but needs attention

This house was perfect for our family gathering - lots of space including indoor and outdoor areas. Check in and out was easy, and the manager responded quickly to our questions/requests. Only complaint was that the kitchen and main living area were not as clean as we'd expect - floors sticky, counters dirty - but the Mgr sent a crew right away to re-clean. Overall a great choice!

Very nice home. Great location near windy hill beach

It is very nice and big. Loved the location and the pool. Little disappointed there was no soap in any of 6 bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper given for stay Several of bathrooms didnt even have any. Had trouble getting a hold of property manager before stay and received instructions to check in only one hour before arriving.

The most part thins are about the same. Bedding definitely needs upgrading.

I think we have stayed here the last 4 or 5 years but the rental rate increased 80% from last year. Not sure if we will continue to rent this house. Terry

December Get Away

We stayed a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The property manager was very nice, helpful and got back to me with any questions I had! The only issue (Which was not a huge deal to us) was the floors did seem a bit dirty. Like they needed a good mop before we arrived. Other than that…it was a beautiful house with everything we needed for a weekend away with family. The location was amazing. A short walk to the beach. We also loved how every bedroom had a bathroom. We will be booking this house again! ♥️ Thank you!

This house was overpriced. Worth a much lower rate. Very overpriced for amenities not working.(grill, refrigerator, oven, tvs, dryer and door locks)

Great location

Great location! The house had plenty of room for hanging out and bedroom/bathroom size. The beds need replacing. The room with 2 twin beds have the best beds. The other rooms beds need to be thrown away. Worse night of sleep ever. The couch on the 2nd floor needs cleaning. Pretty gross stains. Overall great place just needs a few updates and deep cleaning.

My family and I were very pleased with this home. Web description doesn't do it justice. It is very spacious, clean and accommodating for a large group. It was 15 of us and we were comfortable in this home. Plenty of seating. The balconies were great, plenty of seating (clean) on all 3. The location is perfect. Literally you're walking distance from the beach (2 blocks) and it's also located to a strip of shopping and entertainment. I do think it's important to mention, there's lots of stairs (which was no problem for my group) but may not be good for anyone with mobile issues. I would definitely rent this home again!

House with steep steps

My only concern was the very steep stairs. They were difficult for young children and adults. Having to carry groceries and coolers as well as luggage up the steps was troublesome. We found these stairs too steep to be comfortable. I would suggest an elevator to make the house more accessable.
