Everything was as great as the website showed! Carolina Palms Vacations who acted on behalf of the host were incredibly quick to respond and very friendly! The house was super clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed plus some. A wonderful trip and would definitely book again.

Great house, but maintenance issues

This is a great house for families or groups who like to play together. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because the pool was never serviced while we were there. Due to algae we could not use the pool the last two days of our stay. We reached out to the property manager, but the pool technician never came. Also there was a torrential downpour and the downstairs leaked. We notified the property manager, but no one came by to check on it.

Good trip

The place is nice for a large family. It was pretty clean. Our biggest issue was alot of the furniture was damaged beyond use. Especially outside. Quick walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Well stocked. All in all a good fun stay.

Family vacation in Myrtle Beach

The house was great with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We went swimming every day in the backyard pool. The garage was under the raised house therefore requiring going up stairs to get in (the steps outside had handrails all the way up making it easier for someone walking with a cane).

Beautiful Vacation home with great location

We stayed at Sun n Games this past summer for our family vacation and we loved it! We were very happy. The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. The pool was also a wonderful addition! Maria, the house manager, went above and beyond and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Nice location. House needs a good cleaning

It was a great space for a family reunion however rough for the elderly as there was 2 sets of stairs totaling 36 steps. Ad was misleading. House needs a good cleaning and organizing. Beautiful place and location. I texted a needs to be fixed list to the property manager I worked with who was great! Courtney at Carolina properties! Thanks so much!

Beautiful property

Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay that is close to the beach! The turf putting green was a huge hit with my kids and the place was extremely spacious which is great when having teenagers! We definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious

Ten of us celebrated our Girls Weekend here. We enjoyed plenty of space in this beautifully decorated home. Loved the pool table and pinball machine. There were plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The baconies off of each room was a pleasant bonus. My only complaint is that the ground floor where the pool table is could have been neater. There was a pile of insulation in one spot and and dirty cushions in another on the floor and it just looked messy. I tried the numbers provided upon arrival to report those issues, but was unable to reach anyone. I would just tidy things up a bit down there. Otherwise, I highly recommed this place and would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful time.

Big house close that is within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants at Barefoot.

Great house within walking distance to the beach. Fun games to play inside the house. Big enough for 2 families to share. However, the pool pump was not working and the putting area was filled with debris. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again if the pool is fixed.

Plenty of space to spread out, great area for the dogs and convenient access to a quiet area of the beach. A few more lounge chairs outside by the pool would make it perfect.

Wonderful Weekend Away!!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Communication was easy and the response was always fast. Check in was very smooth and the house was as described.Very short walk to the ocean and the pool was amazing. Book this property you won't be disappointed!!!

Best Myrtle Beach House Ever

We absolutely loved our stay at Crescent Beach House. More than enough room for all of us. And so many things to do at the house we didn't want to leave. Beautiful private pool, putting green, and games. It was in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The very short walk to the beach was quick and easy. Can't wait to stay there again!

Death and Debris in Myrtle Beach

We rented this house primarily for the pool. We were met with giant dead cockroaches, a big dead smelly bird covered in ants, giant spiders with nests, and construction debris all over the “game room” (actually just a garage) in a house that just wasn’t ready yet. (Photos available upon request.) But who cares! The pool! But the pool tile was covered in a mystery powder (Safe with bare feet? Who knows.) and the pool was covered in needles, leaves, bugs and feces. I went in, but was chastised by my family who refused to go in. We wrote to the management to have it cleaned. Someone came the next day and left the cleaning pole next to the pool. Did this mean “CLEAN IT YOURSELF!”? It remained disgusting and we left early disgusted. Hopefully this property will be cleaned and completed before they allow future guests.
