We had a great stay. We were close to most everything we wanted to do. The house was nice and very clean, all the beds were comfortable, and the downstairs space for two of the people in our group worked out perfectly. All of our questions were answered quickly.

What a fun place to stay! The Honey Birch has everything you could possibly need, and then some! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable and the downstairs was a fun evening time hangout. My pup loved the backyard and we loved the hot tub! Be prepared for some steps to get to the main floor, but so worth it. Views of the ocean on the front porch swing area a perfect accompaniment to a morning cup of coffee. Easy walk to the beach. The hosts are great and responsive. Would love to make it back here again!

The fenced in yard is large and perfect for pets. One of the best features at this house. Location to beach and the Windy Hill area in general is great! It was wonderful to find hand soap and salt/pepper provided but bring your own lighter if planning on using fire pit or grill. Property was clean when we arrived - no trace of previous dog visitors. The king bed with the jacknjill bath was overly soft - think sleeping in a hammock. If you like firm mattresses choose a different bedroom. The living room furniture was very nice and of course very cool bar counter. Pac Man was a hit for all as was the corn hole found in the garage. Property did show a little wear and tear but overall a great visit to the beach.

Came down with a family of 11. The house was well setup for our game night and even had games already in the place that added to the fun. VERY EASY walk to the beach and right around all the food and entertainment in North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. Would definitely recommend if you have a large group!

Wonderful experience all around

Drove down from NJ with my family as a college grad present for my son who loves to play golf and visit with family and friends who now live in Myrtle Beach. Arrived on Sat 6/14 afternoon and was a little early. Notified Ray and he let us check in earlier than 4 pm. House was very clean and all amenities as described. Ray and Jenn supplied enough towels/ pillows, starter paper towels/ toilet paper, laundry soap/ dishwasher pods. The coffee supplies also appreciated. The dish soap in both kitchens, shampoo/ conditioner/ bath gel supplied in all 3 bathrooms for whole stay was such a nice surprise. Had 1 issue with light fixture in downstairs bath on Fathers Day and Ray had his handyman there 1 st thing Monday morning to replace. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and my adult boys enjoyed the downstairs bar, margarita machine and PAC man arcade game as well as the hot tub that was actually hot! Short walk to beach and the new beach chairs, buggy and umbrellas were great. Beach towels also provided. Didn’t need to pack from home which saved so much room in car. 1 additional mention was how comfortable the beds are! I usually cannot sleep 1 st night anywhere, but I slept like a baby! Such a great experience all around and will definitely stay here again! 1 recommendation for the future is possibly a pool- hint hint- lol (such a big yard). Thank you Ray and Jenn for a wonderful vacation, dining recommendations and sharing your lovely home with us!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach

We had a large group ranging from grandparents to infants. The house had everything advertised. The set up was fantastic for a large family. Game room downstairs with separate kitchen for the younger adults and separate upstairs living area for those that liked it quiet. The back yard was fantastic with the hot tub, firepit and room for cornhole. We grilled out most nights and when we didn't Barefoot landing was just up the street. We couldn't have been happier.

Beautiful Home and Excellent Location!

My husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs stayed here for a week. This home was beautiful and clean! You can see the ocean from the front porch and it is just a few minutes walk ways from the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. This home has something for everyone. Games, game table, books, fully stocked kitchens, hot tub for the human guest and a fenced in backyard for the dogs! Not only was the home excellent but the owners were FANTASTIC! Easy check in and quick responses. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to North Myrtle!

Family Birthday Trip

This is by far the best property we've stayed at. Perfect place for multi families staying together. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The downstairs living/game area is a great place for hanging out and the kids enjoyed everything about it. Check-in was super simple and the property was easy to locate. We give this place 5stars.

4 Generations for Thanksgiving

This property was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located for our family. The main living space was upstairs and the stairs were a lot for my elderly mother but once upstairs, she was fine. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. We used both kitchens (there is one in the downstairs space) so it was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The hosts were in contact with us weeks ahead, the day prior to our arrival, day of arrival and the morning after our arrival. Very responsive to all our questions. We had no issues during our stay however they continued to check in with us. Would definitely recommend this property if you have a large group and need to have a "little" privacy OR if you only get one unit. Our only critique is there is no inside access from upstairs unit to the downstairs unit - since the weather was rainy, it was a little tricky. Enjoyed our 4 generation Thanksgiving.
