We had a fantastic stay for our Christmas vacation. The house is perfectly set up for a family, we enjoyed mornings on the front porch in the sun and spent days by the pool soaking up sunshine. The house has everything you need for your stay, including lots of dishes and pans for cooking. The location to the beach was awesome, literally right across the street! You feel secluded yet are close to many things you can venture out and do. We will definitely rent from this owner again.

The location of this house was awesome! It was very close to the beach, and the pool was very nice and clean. Our family had a wonderful week. It was also a plus that we could have our dogs with us. The host answered my questions right away and was very pleasant. The only reason that I didn't give a perfect score is because the house could have been a little cleaner, but overall, we all had a great time and lots of laughs.

Hook Wine Sinker

Here is the Good News-Great location near beach and what looks like a new air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, the property is not “exceptional” as advertised at RVBO. The Toaster was so old, we spent 12 and bought a new one. The cupboards need a paint job and new contact paper. The metal racks in the freezer are rusty. The electric socket in living room is falling apart. The Lint Trap in the dryer looks like it has not been changed in some time. The toilet bowl cleaner is gross. The TV tables are old and peeling. The Shower sides are hanging on barely. There may be outdoor furniture, but there is no umbrella. The outdoor grill is a rust bucket. The couches are filled with sand and food junk. TV does not work in downstairs bedroom. The outside grounds are weeds and busted bricks. The stairs outside need painting. The siding needs pressure washing. There is mold on the upstairs bedroom window. The chairs in the dining room are not the ones online. One is broken. We’ve been renting places in Myrtle for 15 years and this was our first try of a house. If I had known how dated and dirty it was I would never have spent 5,000. The prior reviews are suspicious. But, it is what it is. The owner was easy to work with, but we wondered when he was there last. I’ll avoid VRBO as the website can’t be trusted.

We enjoyed staying in a house for the first time. Really enjoyed the private pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The owner Brad was very accommodating and quick to reply back when I had questions. All in all we had a great time! Hope to book Hook Wine and Sinker again!!

Location was perfect, across the street from the beach. This home was pet friendly, however note that pets are not allowed in the pool area. Close to all the attractions and some awesome restaurants!

Nice place.

The location was excellent. Property manager was great with quick replies, and quick to resolve property issues w/pool pump. Mattresses were a little hard, but we got used to them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future, for sure.

Family Tradition Celebrating July 4th

This home was perfect for my family. We have two (2) Australian Shepherd’s that are better than our children ever have been who loved this home. My mother (69), sister (51), nephew (32), nephew’s wife (32) niece (28), niece’s husband (31), my grandbaby (3), my husband (51) and myself. We had plenty of room and it was great that we all had our private rooms to escape to. We loved this home and the pool. We all felt very safe and the location was steps from the beach.
