1st off the location of the condo is perfect!!! It’s a corner on the 11th floor…perfect views…the space in it was perfect for two families of 4, plenty of space for everyone. That’s the good…..the bad…..the master bedroom has a severe cat pee smell in it, when we first walked in the condo we could smell it, could also smell smoke in the bedroom with a queen bed, I texted the member and someone showed up from housekeeping about 2 hours later, sprayed some stuff on the carpet in both rooms and left, it worked for a little bit but the smell came back, we bought spray from the store and sprayed every couple of hours the whole week we were there to cover up the smell….the cleanness of the condo before we arrived definitely could have been better, we found toys and shoes assuming from the previous people that stayed in it. Found them in the bedroom with the two full beds that adjoined the jack n Jill bathroom. There was sand all on the kitchen floor that we swept up upon arriving. The door that leads to furnace was covered with dust, we wiped it down the evening we arrived. The next couple of things is a personal preference….the master bedroom bed is hard as a rock, again some people like a hard stiff bed mattress, but me personally I do not. The bed spreads in all the bedrooms could use an upgrade, they were hard and stiff as a board…again just a preference…I’ll close with a positive….the location of the condo, corner condo, plenty of room for 8!!!!
