IMPORTANT TO KNOW

This is a 3-unit beach house, not one connected interior home. There are NO connecting doors between the three units. To visit another unit, guests will need to exit their unit and walk outside to enter the other. This is perfect for those wanting privacy and their own space to relax.

*Dog Policy: Maximum 2 dogs 30 pounds or less each or 1 dog 60 pounds or less per unit..and they stay for free!

*Golf carts are allowed. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, and campers are NOT allowed.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Located right in the southern end of North Myrtle Beach, there are tons of restaurants nearby - from fine dining to casual burgers and seafood, as well as restaurants & bars on the waterfront!  Enjoy attractions, golf, shopping and more...all minutes from your door.



Getting Around:

Free parking for up to 8 vehicles. Plus, Uber/Lyft are fast and affordable.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $129 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $2000 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 21. Guest age 21 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
