Convenient location

It was only a block from the beach the night walk on the beach was amazing and I love how peaceful the neighborhood was. I enjoyed myself.

Graduation beach trip

Brought my kids and their boyfriend/girlfriend to the beach for the week to celebrate high school graduation. The host was fantastic and so were the property managers. Enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as advertised.

Great beach house. Very comfortable and roomy. We mainly stayed for our son's wedding that was about 2 miles away. Would love to come back for a vacation. We had our dog with us. He was very comfortable there.

Overall we really enjoyed this vacation rental. We did go to the wrong house first cause fhere are 2 2400 Perrin homes both the same shade of blue. I think it would be helpful if they were marked A and B. But other then that slight confusion the house was great.

It was fine until....

Lovely home close to shopping,restaurants,and the beach. The only problem we had was the neighbors next door to us. They were creeping around the property and into our guest vehicle.

Great little spot

First impression was good. Clean and tidy overall. Plenty of room and furniture. The couches downstairs are overdue for a deep cleaning. Found long hairs in the bed and it's time for new pillows. Luckily I always travel with my own. Overall not a bad stay.

4th of July getaway

Great beach house not far from Cresent Beach. Plenty of room for my girlfriend and I and 4 teenage kids. Daughter's had separate rooms with bathroom connecting the 2. My son had his own private room. No issues while staying. Address for high tide house (this house), is on Holly Drive. Not Perrin Drive.

emailed north beach several times about bricks and nails in walking path and lawn plus broken items in home. No reply from them! Won't go back

Misleading property description

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not told prior to renting that I would have to share the washer and dryer with my neighbor and the washer and dryer were located in a building outside the house. There was no water pressure for showers and washing dishes. Upstairs bedrooms have no tvs. Very little hot water. It was lukewarm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute trip so for that this place was appreciated. It is walking distance from the beach which is great. Overall, this place definitely needs upgrades! We got there the AC unit wasn’t working (thankful for the North Beach Realty team for fixing it as timely as they could) but it should have been noticed by the owner or cleaning crew before we got there. The linens were clean but overall the place didn’t feel like it was deep cleaned prior to us arriving. If you are looking for a last minute place this is it but don’t expect luxury style living, it is decent at best.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pet friendly, plenty of space. They DID get our room ready a tad earlier then the 4pm check in- but don’t count on this!! The address leads you to believe the home is on Perrin dr but really, you need to go on Holly dr to get to the property- it’s in the back yard of Perrin. The “porch faces the main property- not really comfortable to sit there when you feel like you’re snooping on the other renters, farther walk from beach then stated.Downsides were maintenance was not very responsive to the issues we had. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work probably until Thursday; we were set to depart Saturday Am. One set of the blinds fell off the stairwell and hit one of my fellow vacationers. The night before we left, we saw a cockroach on the upstairs bathroom ceiling right outside of the fan vent that looks like it’s going to fall out. The lamps had missing or broken bulbs- so we changed those out ourselves with bulbs from the upstairs dining lighting because of the delay in response from maintenance regarding the Wi-Fi. Not many pots, pans to prepare a meal. The guy who eventually resolved the Wi-Fi issue was very nice. The check in/check out women were ok.

July 2024 Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: beach after being cooped up at home! The weather was perfect and house was great for our family. The only things that were not great were the mouse droppings in a drawer in the kitchen and the need to get more linens from the office. We had expected that if it said it sleeps 11 there would be enough bedding and towels for 11 people. Also, the dishwasher broke but repair was quick!Anonymous from Hillsboro - Posted: 5/20/20205 July 2024 Family Beach VacationMy family renter High Tide and Low Tide together and we had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone. The front porch of Low Tide was awesome, we spent so much time there in the afternoons. Beds were very comfortable. Only a couple of things that could have been better is 1- water pressure could use some help and the washer and dryer in the shared outbuilding needed 2 rinses to get it all out and at least 2 rounds of drying to get the stuff dry. Also the dryer left some brown marks on some of the family’s light colored clothing and also the towels we tried to wash. All in all we had a great time! Property is close to the beach which was great, no need to drive and get all that sand in your car and no need to pay for parking.

Worth the cost

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for a large group on a budget. The house is right close to the beach, accommodating to 10 people comfortably, however is outdated and needs cleaned more thoroughly.The floors were still filthy when we checked in, the furniture could use updating as there were deep stains on chairs, couches, and the rugs. If you are looking for a cheaper stay near the beach, this is the spot!
