Only bad thing we have to say about our stay….communication between realtor & maintenance is terrible! Apparently a work order was done by previous people who stayed in unit. Unknown to us, it wasn’t taken care of before we checked in. No one told us! We checked in on Saturday. Monday around 12:20, my husband & I hear 3 short knocks at the door. My husband leaves the kitchen only to meet 2 maintenance guys in the hall. Yes, they let themselves in. No one called or texted us to let us know. The older gentleman charged out a light bulb in the stove while the younger gentleman walks over, opens the refrigerator, sticks his hand in the refrigerator over our food. He shuts the refrigerator door and I guess the look on my face, he explains he needed a picture of the model of the refrigerator. He didn’t ask! We’d gladly done it for him. No consideration for us and our food. I called realtor office and left my thoughts about their visit. Needless to say, it didn’t end there. They (maintenance) showed up again the next morning (around 10am). Again, no call nor a text to let us know. This time we’re not even up moving around good yet. The door to the condo is right beside one bedroom and across from another bedroom. Our son goes to the door, before they have time to enter. They had parts for the refrigerator (shelf). My son takes the parts, closes the door. Again I called realtor! For the rest of our stay, we used top lock!
