The pros: This was a great property. 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, so much beautiful outdoor space. The upstairs master in the morning with the doors open was everything we hoped it would be. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed and was quiet. Pests were not a problem here, its clean, and pretty well kept. Abundance of parking.The cons: had some minor maintenance issues. pool deck needs some repairs, a couple of the chairs were broken, some of the doors were a bit wonky. The floors could use a proper deep clean. None of it affected our ability to use the space. We had some trouble with the keyless entry code at checkin and the host responded within minutes. Otherwise, the property name is literal. The entire back yard is deck. There is a strip of grass on either side yard. The listing shows a dock, the dock is NEXT DOOR, and not included althought there is a picture od it in the listing. Its a great property and we loved every minute of our stay.
