Upon arrival. Check in was simple and easy. When we arrived to the property it was not clean trash was left in the kitchen the Lenin was not clean. Due to construction before we arrived dust was everywhere there was a bug found in one of the beds aiir vent covers were missing upstairs. The downstairs living area is very small compared to watch the online pictures appear to be. We purchased cleaning supplies and spent our 1st night cleaning the property. With a family of 8 adults children and 2 dogs it was very discouraging and disappointing to arrive at 5pm right before the offices closed and to get to the property and find all of these issues and no one to contact until the next morning. I made several calls and sent emails to make management aware and was not able to speak to anyone until 9am the next morning. Granted once we finally made contact with the host the made the effort to correct what was left for them to correct which was replacing the upstairs vent and propping up the unbalanced washing machine. We were refunded 50%of the cleaning fee and for the items we purchased to make the house functional while we were there. We were given the wrong wifi password for the home had to purchase a power strip because it wasn't enough outlet space on the downstairs television to plug the tv, 2 wifi boxes roku, and dvd player. So if I had to recommend this house I would not. Yes management did work to try to correct some things but for what I paid for the property its not worth
