The house is an older house, but it is decorated beautifully. It was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of space for the food . Love the screened in porch loved loved loved the sand shower. And this location is absolutely the best location in North Myrtle Beach!!

Nice little vacation spot

Our family of 9 stayed here for a week. It fit us perfectly. We loved how close to the beach it was. And our kids loved the outside shower! Thanks for a great stay!

had to wait outside the house for 2 hours when we first arrived. owner would not answer calls texts or emails. other than that the house was moderately clean. not mentioned in the description is the very odd half bath which i would consider a quarter bath. it is just a toilet that was clearly just thrown in a closet. we had no problem using it but it was odd to say the least and the door had a hard time staying on the hinges. the location of the house was perfect right on the beach and a 10 minute walk from the main drive with tons of cool shops and the interstate which had lots of restaurants and shops aswell.

Beach life at its best

I stayed at this property for 4 months this winter and it was painful when I had to leave. The house I called the Casita, great layout, relaxing decorations, so close to the beach, outdoor shower with really hot water, large back yard for games, plenty of parking right at your door step, full Tv options set up in everyroom. In full disclosure the only negative is there is some traffic at the corner next to the house but after a couple days I hardly noticed. Book this place now, just not a during the winter months, because I’ll be back for sure. Thanks for the best vacation ever.

Very comfortable and convenient

We had an amazing time and the place is literally a 2 minute walk (if that) to the beach. Restaurants and night life is not far either. The only thing that I have to complain about is the garbage trucks come so early and are not quite LOL. Other than that it was a great stay and they had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Broken Window & unclean beds

The location of this house is great. A quick walk to the beach and close to a lot of attractions. Unfortunately when I arrived the front bedroom window was broken with a cardboard box over it. No one warned me it was broken. I tried to message the property through VRBO and the email they left me with no response. It was SUPER loud all night every time a car drove by. I wanted them to be sure they knew it was not me who did this. There were also shards of glass from the window on the table in a bag. A little unsafe if you ask me. Also the beds were so wrinkly like they had already been slept in including sand in the beds. I know sand is elusive, but the wrinkles underneath the sheets seemed concerning. The sheets also didn’t smell like they had been washed.

Quaint place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. There’s plenty of room for 10 people including six teenagers. The location is great, one block from the beach. And within walking distance Too many good restaurants and bars

Great Stay!

Our stay itself was wonderful! 12 of us fit in the space for the weekend. We used all of the beds plus an air matress and the space was perfect. We had an interesting stay for two reasons: 1. There was road construction at the time of check-in. The road crew was actually very rude to us and even parked their road trucks in our driveway while also blocking off our access to the house. We had to park in the front yard for the majority of our stay (which was not ideal at all). Once road work was over, there were no other access issues. 2. One of the members of our party sprained her ankle on the beach during our stay - luckily, the property is close enough to the beach that the ocean that the ocean rescue team was able to drive her back to the house so she didn't have to hop or be carried back. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will most likely stay at this property in the future!!

Cute little cottage!

This was a nice little place to stay that is two blocks from the beach. It was clean and perfect for the 4 nights we stayed there. The small outside shower is awesome and does not quickly run out of hot water, which we have encountered in other vacation rentals…… My only suggestion to the owners would be to have a storm door put on the front door to the porch….so you can see out on the porch and let in more natural light without effecting the AC.

Tropical happy place

We loved this little home away from home in North Myrtle Beach. The place was very clean, that's where extremely comfortable. There was not a shortage of pillows or blankets. It was very convenient to have the laundry. That helped us a lot during our trip we were able to wash our clothes prior to leaving to bring our clothes home sand free. There were large TV's in every bedroom. There were plenty of places to sleep and plenty of room. The front porch was so relaxing to just sit and watch everything go by. It was just about a block and a half to the beach. Great location. The only reason that I did not give this place five stars is that the communication was lacking. We wanted to change our booking to a early check in and I couldn't ever get a hold of anybody to do so. The the listing said toilet paper would be provided but there was only one role for two bathrooms. It would have been nice if there were two rolls at least. There is also a bad red ant problem, but there were garden hoses to use in the front and backyard so we were able to clean off the front porch and get rid of the ants when we were out there. I don't think this complaints are a big deal. We will definitely go back!

Perfect in every way!

If you are looking for it all, this place is for you! Cute as it can be! Large rooms and hallway. Three Bedrooms. 7 Beds. Every kitchen, bath, washing and drying thing you could ever need. Great outside shower, very clean, new, with hot water. Picnic tables in the back yard and two on the front porch. Stand in the yard and look at the beach. Sit on the Porch, talk to friendly neighbors and people watch. Walk out your back door and go to a great welcoming church. Walk for less than 5 mins to main street, with multiple restaurants, ice cream, dancing, live music, dog grooming, activity you can imagine. Grocery store and cvs close by! It is absolutly perfect!
