  • Esta lujosa casa en la playa elevada cuenta con 5 amplias habitaciones, 5. 5 baños y puede alojar cómodamente a un total de 16 personas con 1 rey en el dormitorio principal, 1 rey en el segundo dormitorio, 1 rey en el 3er dormitorio, 2 reinas en el 4to dormitorio y 1 cama queen y 1 cama terapéutica en el quinto dormitorio. La casa también tiene 1 colchón de aire queen y 1 colchón de aire doble.

    El plan de piso abierto muestra pisos de madera dura brasileña en todas partes. El salón abierto tiene una chimenea incorporada y un amplio porche con mosquitero. La cocina gourmet, luminosa y espaciosa, totalmente equipada, es el sueño de un chef y cuenta con una gran isla de trabajo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hornos dobles, estufa de gas, encimeras de granito, máquina de hielo SS, toneladas de gabinetes y espacio en el mostrador, una vinoteca, espaciosa despensa y barra de desayuno familiar. Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas del Océano Atlántico desde el balcón del nido de cuervos.

    La amplia suite principal ofrece una sala de estar, vestidor y baño privado con bañera de jardín y ducha. Cada una de las otras 4 habitaciones también cuenta con baño privado. Otras características incluyen el nuevo sistema HVAC con termostatos digitales y capacidades de internet, dos calentadores de agua, un ascensor y una sala de lavandería. Con el garaje doble debajo de la casa, hay estacionamiento para 6-8 vehículos.

We had a great experience. Would definitely go back. The only thing that was annoying was that the pool floor would get dirty with sand and leaves from the high winds.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was fairly big and close to ocean. We had a family of 16. Wi-fi only worked on 2nd floor. The pool was not cleaned when we got there but someone stopped by on first day. Overall it was a good trip. I would stay at this house again.

Spacious house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is quite big. All rooms very spacious. Huge kitchen! So many cabinets and drawers unfortunately nothing in them. I have been in better equipped houses, but we made due. The house is in need of some tlc. Ripped screens, dining room needs some work on the walls and chairs. Great location for beach, 1 block away. Pool clean. Overall a nice property just needs a little work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family had a wonderful time at Promises Fulfilled. It had just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. And the open spaces of the living room and kitchen were great for gathering. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the home was very convenient. Our only concerns were that a portion of the couch was broken prior to our arrival and a few of the vertical blinds were missing slats that made it concerning for the bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a lovely layout though we did have some concerns; the floors were dirty making our socks and feet dirty. Pans were dirty, we had to wash before use, hot water was not enough for all of us to take morning showers, there was papers under the recliner, unswept; one recliner is broken.

The house was as described in the pictures. It was clean upon arrival. We had more than enough room. The house is close enough to walk to the beach but we chose to use golf carts. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and the kids loved the pool. Hot water does run out quickly so that was a challenge. I would recommend replacing or taking up one of the outdoor rugs on the second floor as it is a tripping hazard. All in all, we enjoyed the house and had a wonderful family vacation. We didn’t have any issues that required us reaching back out to the Property Management Company.

We stayed for 6 days and the house was perfectly located, and the folks at North Beach Vacation Rentals were very responsive. Ideal for a large family.

Perfect family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was great from beginning to end. Check in was so easy. Staff was super helpful, so nice and so efficient. Check in was on time as well. The house was perfect for our large family. So much space, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed family meals together, watching fireworks on the rooftop and many days in the pool. You can see the ocean from the decks and it was an easy walk. Everything worked great! I would recommend telling your kids upfront the elevator is for convenience of taking bags up and down but not something to use every time and not to lean on the railing in the top deck. These are the only things that were something I worried about. The house was also so clean and easy to keep clean. Cleaning staff did a great job as well!

Guys Golf Trip

Stayed here with a group of friends for a golf trip and had a great time. Pool was nice after a hot day on the course.

Absolutely Lovely!!

Everyone fully enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to this property. Very spacious and beautiful decor. The elevator was a necessary plus for some in our group.

Stayed with business partners for an off site meeting. Great bedrooms and kitchen area. Dining table was great for meeting.

The only thing I didn't like was check in. Most send a code or have a lockbox location at the actual residence. It wasn't super far away, but check-in was Sunday at 4pm and they close at 5pm on Sundays--way too narrow of a window, if we missed the window we would need to come back the next day to check in when they open at 10 and show ID it is just inconvenient for a house rental when it could be done so much easier.The house itself was super nice tons of space and room for the whole family. Kitchen was large and spacious. Pool area was great with tons of beach chairs and pool floats. The outside decks were nicely furnished and had a ton of space for eating or just hanging out and talking. The view was pretty good for being 3rd row I was nervous we wouldn't be able to see the ocean bc of the hotels, but the vacant lot gave a nice view of the ocean between the sea castle and carolina Reef. Not sure how long that will last but enjoy it while it lasts!The hosts/staff were all super friendly. The cleaners were still at the house when we got there around 4:20pm I thought that was a little odd, but they were super nice and professional, not sure if they were just running behind or not but it did throw us off as we weren't sure if they were previous guests.

Promise fulfilled!

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.
