House was a great size for our family. Convenient to the beach and novelty stores. Great response time from host for my questions. Pool table is inconveniently placed. Needs a cover for when not in use.

Great Location and lots of space. Also was nice to have a grill and a pool. Great kitchen essentials too. We wanted to wash the towels but couldn't get the washer to work. Thanks for a great stay!!

Overall, this was a great place for a bunch of guys on a bachelor trip. I would be disappointed if I was here on a family vacation. The location is excellent! The inside reminds me of a college fraternity house. The pool area was dismal and the balconies are basically standing room only.

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time booking this location & we were extremely satisfied. Last year we had issues with the wifi & living room tv. This time every thing worked perfectly. My family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect: across the street from the beach, walking distance to different places & 4 minutes from Walmart. Loved it!!

Family Time

The location was perfect. It was great being able to cross the street & go to the beach. We had plenty of space for everyone in our group. We had a lot of teenage kids with us & not having tvs in the bedrooms was a no go for them. We did have many issues with the family room's tv & wifi connection. During our 3 nights there, that tv only played probably 3 hours one morning. I did get quick responses when property manager & maintenance were notified, but there was nothing they could do. This caused us to find other ways to entertain ourselves. If it wasn't for those issues, we would most definitely consider booking at this location again.

Maintenance guy was awesome

We rented this property for 4 nights and had to call the maintenance guy a good bit. There was a problem with the dryer, lights in the hallway, and also a huge water problem. There was a bad storm and the amount of water that came in the balcony doors was crazy. The maintenance guy fixed the problem by using a wet/dry vac and leaving towels down in front of the doors for the rest of the time we were there. He came out very quickly to take care of the problems.

My stay expensive

For the price we paid I think that the quarters were unsatisfactory. The carpet was filthy throughout the place and some of the appliances (dryer, jets in the bathtub and stove top ) did not work.

Family Vacation at the beach

Close to the beach, only a block to walk to. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had plenty of usable equipment. The fridge was new and worked well, all three of them. We had the most amazing time with our family and will come back as soon as we can fit it in our schedule! This place was the perfect set up for the amount and variety of people we had with us in our party. Three floors, one big first floor room that had a pool table, and two round tables, along with a suitable amount of chairs. We cooked in the main kitchen most of the time, but used the other kitchens for smaller cooking needs. The options for grocery, and restaurants was perfect for any needs we needed to make a run for during our stay. Kroger, Walmart, and a convenience store were very close. Melt Ice Cream, best place around, was within walking distance too! There was plenty of things to do within a short driving distance as well, we were close to Broadway on the. Beach, which gave us a few extra experiences to explore. We will be heading back to the area for another eventful vacation!

Great place for groups.

The stairs leading up to the units needs to be covered. If its raining your stuff gets wet carrying it to the room. The property needs a bigger pool too. If all 8 units were rented at the same time. There is no way everyone could enjoy the pool. Would stay again. Very recommended for groups or family gathering.

Excellent location. The only thing was there are so many stairs. No elevator.

The location was great, updated appliances, outdated beds and sofas. There are way too many stairs if you have a lot of luggage.

Peterson-Brown Family Vacation 2020; Covid-19 Edition

We stayed in Banzai Pipeline. We had ample amount of space for 15 people. The house was fully stocked with houseware items, which was awesome! The beach was a 2-3 minute walk! We did have some minor issues upon arrival. The jetted tub was not working and there was a coffee pot that had coffee and mold in it. I cleaned the pot out, quick fix and maintenance fixed the tub. I would suggest the master bedroom get a new bed. The bed it currently has is God awful. It's squeaky and not one bit comfortable and we spent a week here. Also, tvs should be in every bedroom. We had an array of ages and kids who game. Sharing 3 tvs between everyone was a bit difficult. Bring a fan because it was hot in some of the bedrooms. Maintenance did bring us 2 small fans but she stated that the temp of 70 degrees was a low as she could set the thermostat. Other than that we would vacation here again if those suggestions were accommodated.

Softball Stay

We had some issues when checking in with the property. Electrical issues on the second floor, dishwasher in main area not working, but we did call maintenance several times for them to fix it. They did send someone out several times and the electrical issues were resolved but dishwasher had a part ordered. The property is spacious for a group of people but it is a little outdated and carpets need cleaned. It is in an ideal location for teenagers based on beach location and shops a block away.

Group trip

We rented three units for a midget football All Star Tournament in Myrtle Beach over Thanksgiving everything worked out well they kept the pool open for us so that some of our boys who had never been to the ocean or never had this kind of experience it went very well we were able to use one unit to prepare meals and serve the whole group of 40

Great stay for a bachelor weekend!

Folks here couldn't have been more accommodating as this was a 4 day weekend trip for the guys and it was central to most places we wanted to visit. Great place and very spacious!
