Pros: management responded to maintenance calls immediately Location great. Very short walk to beach restaurants and stores. Plenty of space for large groups. Cons: Unit needs upgrades. Mold present. Lighting is poor especially in bathrooms Internet didn’t work for almost 3 days. Seems to be a reoccurrence. FYI Master room has no shower only tub and jets hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Door to to first floor bedroom was duct taped so that you would not lock yourself out. Door should be replaced. FYI-No towel bars or racks in shower to hold toiletries

This place worked out great for us. Coming together from four different states. With such varying ages we had concerns about how this would work out. It was great. Close to the water for the beach lovers pool time for the kids too. Then with in walking distance for the 20 plus year olds to go out for so nightlife close by. If anything was a negative it would be the stairs! A few of us weren’t as in shape as we thought lol. By the end of the week even the kids didn’t want to go up them till they had too. Room was up a flight of about 12 steps the considering what floor in our rental you were sleeping on it could be about 36 TOTAL. It made it interesting to say the least. We had an issue with the washer and dryer, as soon as I texted about it they came out repaired dryer and replaced washer. We will be using this place again but I get dibs on the the first floor bed! Lol

My family and extended family had a great time staying at Catalina Manor. The check in and out and very easy. The unit was within walking distance to shops, a few restaurants, and coffee shops. We had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Everything was fine, the rooms, kitchen, bathroom , the floor in kitchen and living room was perfect pure concrete I think easy to sweep and clean,, we also enjoy the billard (pool)but some of the problem that we found were the condition of property some doors doesn't even lock they were not closing properly and the internet was very weak, we couldn't connect any device just keep loading and loading. But other than that was a nice staying, the maintenance stuff was great we call them to set our thermostat at lower temp. it was very feeling cold at nights (70°)🌙 😀 🙄 😉, thanks for all they do for us.

1. Close to beach 2. Good location 3. Clean pool 4. Adequate beds 5. Prompt response from management 6. Pool table was highlight for kids Internet was spotty, management acted on it to help rectify but the fix was not simple and therefore was not completed before we left. We were able to get by with what was available. Only thing we wish was better internet service. Hopefully will be fixed soon. Would recommend this place.

My family flew in from all parts of the country. There was plenty of room for us to sleep. The pool was convenient and I love the access to the beach. The property was a little dirty from sand from the past renters bur other than that everything else was good.

We had a few issues upon arrival with the air, master bathroom toilet, etc. They were quickly addressed and all but the air was rectified. The home was clean & directly across the street from the beach. I would recommend this home to friends and family.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to go on our vacation! Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The staff was easy to communicate with as well!

SURFERS PARADISE WAS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED TO SHARE OUR 50TH ANNIVERSARY WITH 19 FAMILY MEMBERS. COULD BE UPDATED, BUT WE WERE NOT THERE TO LOOK AT THE DECOR.

The place is absolutely perfect for groups (particularly our youth group). The pool table kept people entertained, and the rooms were great. Kitchen is great with all the appliances you need. The location is key. Just walk across the street, and you are at the beach! Only downsides are that the master suite did not have a shower. It had a tub but no shower, so we had to share the hallway shower with the kids. Dining space is sparse, but if you're creative, you can handle it. I would stay again.

The place needs updated but we made the best of it. Location is great. The air conditioning did not work on the top two floors the last 3 nights. They put window air conditioners in for the last night.
