Weekend

Overall a nice place. A little confusing to check in, but i finally figured it out. Could have been me using VRBO for the first time. Pool was smaller then it looks in the picture. Easy walk to the beach and lots of places to shop and eat around. Family had a great time.

Wonderful location

The house was spacious and close by to everything you need! The walk to beach takes about 2 minutes! We had a hiccup with the WiFi being out and the owner communicated and tried his best to restore services for us as we had littles ones! He was great to work with. There is only one TV and no table to eat at but it was manageable. We will definitely book again.

Had excellent stay

The property location is very accessible. The owner/manger were helpful and replied whenever I needed help. The kitchen can do some remodeling. I see the water always leaking from the fridge. Some of the utensils were worn out. Giving the control to change thermostat be helpful. The water flow in the bathrooms are very low. Overall good stay.

Rundown - for Spring Breakers ONLY

I booked this unit knowing it was geared towards large groups of young adults and wouldn't be ideal for a family, but we booked late and just needed a place to stay for a couple nights close to the beach, however... The beds are terrible, there was no hot water, the refrigerator did not stay cold, the ceiling is falling off the first story of the unit, so on. There are hardly any amenities provided in the kitchen (pots, pans, etc...), so don't plan on trying to cook a meal here either. This is in addition to the fact that the second story toilet overflowed the night before we arrived, and so all of the second and first story had 1-2" of standing water in it. They had a water extraction team clean the facility before we arrived and we had nowhere else to go, so we stayed, but I imagine the carpets and padding underneath are in horrendous condition now.

Great house for families

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tres Palmas. There was enough space for all of us. The location was great, close the beach, stores and restaurants! It is a little outdated but still great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again!

The property needs a bit updated but a was close to everything and the beach. Really spacious for all of us. We really enjoy it and so the kids. A big thank you to the property manager he was super fast on the ck in and taking a look at the AC. We are looking forward to the year

Location is plus

Stay here fpr 5 days with my family and some extended family. Check-in and communication was smooth. The property looks well taken care on the outside. Lots of defered maintenance inside and very outdated. There was sand still in our tubs when we arrived but given today's COVID environment we did a major disinfection and cleaning of the entire property. During a severe rainstorm the top windows literally fell out and it took sometime for maintenance to fix it and all he did was just reset the window; no repair. The property also had several leaks in the hallways leading to our townhouse. Overall, we were please with the location of the property and it provided all that we needed for our stay. We would stay again but recommend some attention toward fixing obvious issues with the property and updates.

Definitely they need to update their furniture and appliances for what they charge to stay. This was an average stay - not the best but average, the great location made it an average stay.

Perfect location but needs upgrades

The location of the house is great! But the home needs to be upgraded. The floors are dirty and the shower linens had rust and mold on them. The jet tub in the master bathroom wasn’t clean and had a dead water bug in it.

Great Place in a Great Location

Located very close to the ocean, stores, food, anything you need is within minutes. Plenty of room and a great place for a family vacation. We are already planning on returning next year and my son said we should make it a yearly vacation. We are so glad we found this place thank you for making our summer.

Property needs a lot of work

This property is close to the beach and everything however the condos are lacking maintenance. The washer did not work we were not notified prior to arrival we packed accordingly to having a washer and dryer. The maintenance person let us know the washer has been broken for 3 weeks and they couldn’t fix it. The property manager gave us access to another condo across the hall and offered us access to a house next to the condo buildings. The hassle of carrying the laundry down 3 flights of stairs was unacceptable. One day it rained and the water poured into the condo through the ceiling, there was water in the kitchen, hallway and living room. The 2nd floor bedroom had water pouring through the vent onto our suitcases soaking our clothes (no washer). The floors are concrete and slippery when wet. The hallway in the building had water leaking as well the other tenants had towels laying in front of their door to block the rain from coming in. The furniture is red leather with red duck tape patching the cushions together. The beds were about to fall apart the headboard is leaning on the bed. Definitely have a problem with ants, we had to throw food away that were infested with ants. The pool was dirty with stuff on the bottom. I didn’t see anyone clean or vacuum the pool one time. The condo was clean when we arrived it just has an old musty smell. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t do laundry and had enough of the outdated condo. I requested some compensation for my troubles and was told the property owner refused to refund me any money. They have my deposit back. I wouldn’t stay here again.
