Property was very clean upon arrival. Check in easy. We had a great week. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dog. It was quiet even though it's on a busy street. Close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location for family vacation

Great property and location. Big enough for a lager group than a family of four and a great spot to hang in between walking 30 seconds to the ocean. The best way to explore the areas is by golf cart which Ajax will drop off in the driveway.Pet friendly but well cared for and no smell. Thank you Matt Cummings

Slice of Heaven

What a lovely cottage! Located one block back from the beach, this gem has all you need. Three bedrooms/two bath, huge kitchen and den area. My personal favorite was the back deck and yard which was fenced in for privacy. Nice, clean and simple. Just loved every part of my stay!

Taking a Deep Breath!

7 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs. My husband is very sick and we needed a getaway. This house was amazing! Not a 100ft. To beach but a nice walk. Loved, Loved the kitchen. Lots of room for all. Back yard was very nice. We will be back!!

Gorgeous house close to the beach

This house was exquisitely decorated on the inside and very beautiful and welcoming outside. The rooms were gorgeous, kitchen and floors were like new, and our dogs loved the doggy door! It was also very clean. There were extra supplies of TP and towels (well, more than we needed for a family of 5). The house was more than "one block" from the beach... it was like a 5-10 min walk. It was within walking distance of restaurants and gift shops, but more like 10-15 min walk depending on how fast you can go. What we did not like were the cameras. A minimum of 3 cameras were in the backyard, and we felt watched. There was a definite lack of privacy (and who knows who's looking through them at your kids or listening to conversations?). Lastly, I did not feel comfortable leaving my two dogs off leash in the backyard bc while the fence seems secure, an animal had dug a hole under the fence, through which one of my dogs nearly escaped, and the shed was on short stilts. My two beagles tried repeatedly to get under the shed to the animal that resided under there and I was afraid they'd get stuck. The fenced in yard was a huge selling point for why we booked this house but I could not relax with my dogs being off leash. Overall, however, the place was great. If you can get past the cameras, I do recommend it!

Awesome

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean close to the beach. The kid’s really liked it the two 18 year olds walked to the beach at night and enjoyed it. We will use you again if our family takes another family trip. I gave you a 5star rating as it was everything we needed

Basics missing

The house is beautiful and close to the beach! Great for 6 people. Some improvement needed, it would have been thoughtful to equip the house with basic amenities start-up items like hand soap, laundry detergent, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Some kitchen items need to be replaced like cookie sheets, frying pans as they were scratched and rusted. The listing of this house stated that there is a propane BBQ however this is not the case here, there was an old small charcoal BBQ with no BBQ utensils or scraper to clean BBQ grill. Otherwise we enjoyed the home and closeness to the beach. Highly recommended!

Lovely Bungalow one block from beach

Very nice and well kept property. Thought the house was better in person. Nice kitchen and everyone enjoyed TV's in each bedroom as well as the main living. Lovely landscaping with roses in bloom. Great fenced backyard with deck, table, umbrella and grill. Even had a dog door. A great place to stay!

Family friendly beach house!

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at in myrtle beach. We were very happy with the cleanliness and accuracy of the house from the pictures provided! The fenced in yard was perfect for my son. We would definitely stay there again!

Weekend Couples Getaway

We would highly recommend this property for small groups with pets. It was very close to the beach access, and had a nice back yard for the pups to run around in. Very clean property as described in the pictures. Very safe area, our friend somehow managed to roll all his windows down one night, and nothing was missing from his car the next morning! Within walking distance to Main street with lots of food options if you don't want to drive! We will for sure be back for another stay in the future!!

Great Property!!

This property was just as the description states. Very clean and very close to the beach. Check in and check out was seamless. We had one maintenance issue (normal wear and tear) that was addressed promptly and professionally. Hope to be back!!

Excellent Stay

We had an great trip with our two small dogs. They really loved the fenced in yard. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. A very short walk to the beach and the closeness to restaurants and shopping was great.

I was not happy with stay at all

At first, I and all my family members loved this place. It was clean and very nicely updated. The fenced backyard was perfect for two dogs. We mostly loved the deck with tables and charcoal grill. On the second day, we realized the washer and dishwasher were not working. So we called the maintenance the next morning, and the maintenance guy didn't come out untill 4pm or so. Therefore, we had to do all the dishes manually twice. We found out that circuit breaker was not turned on. This must have checked before. It was very very inconvenience and time wasting. The vacation should be relaxing, fun, and easy. Not to waste energy or time for washing dishes. The washer needed a new part and it would have not been fixed until the day we check out. Therefore, we had to take the clothes twice to the laundromat that was 10 mins away. We had total of 6 adults so we actually needed to use the washer every so often. We spent our money and gas to clean the clothes. Luckily the dryer worked properly. Our trip turned out to be very annoying and upset because the appliances were not checked or fixed before. We did not appreciate the offer to stay extra night or late check out because we all had to go back to work next day and live out of state. I will never go back or recommend this place/properpities.

Our family get-away

We had an amazing vacation. The house was perfect…perfect location and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and dining! So nice to stay in a quiet area but not out in the middle of nowhere! We loved it!

Great beach house!

This house was perfect for us. Well decorated, equipped, and plenty of room for us and my doggies. The backyard and deck were wonderful! We will definitely rent again. The property manager experience was not great on the front end. I contacted 3 times and never got a callback. I did contact them while there and they responded very quickly
