Weekend stay

Family connected for a long weekend in myrtle. We really enjoyed the game room, pool and the cleanliness of the house. Location was excellent. One block off the beach.

Vacation Memories

While Coral Breeze was not as fancy as some beach places, it offered other amenities which we loved! All ages enjoyed the pool and the beach access was wonderful! Having 2 floors offered the teens some independence and the adults some quiet time!

Peter was super responsive;and he let us get into one of the units early to change clothes as we arrived earlier than expected. Location very close to the beach.Would stay again

Great Location

Great location, right across from the beach, house could use some work and painting, pool isn't heated which was very disappointing and pool deck needs serious work, its a tripping hazard. 10+ for location though Beds need to be replaced, but linens were ok. Washer/dryer access was excellent to have.

Beach House Paradise

This was the perfect house for our family reunion of 24! Steps away from the beach! Pool & hot tub were used every day, all day! We had a blast making memories! Host was great to work with from start to finish!!

Great place!

We had our wedding reception here , the wedding party stayed at the house.There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautiful and we loved it! The pool was beautiful and the hot rub was awesome! When i had a question or a concern they responded back quickly and came when needed. We would love to stay again!

Wonderful Property

Had a nice stay at this very large rental. Plenty of room for our multi-generational family. Host was very responsive and worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Beach access was literally steps away. Hope to make it back there again!

Great location and space

Let me start with the great: The location is wonderful, the pool is beautiful, there is lots of space for lots of people, and the bedrooms are good sizes. If you were traveling with younger kids, the furniture is very sturdy and I imagine it would be a great place for younger families too. We really enjoyed all of the games and having enough space for everyone. Everything was very clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. You cannot beat the distance to the ocean and the peekaboo view. We rented over holiday and therefore paid a premium rate. I think I would’ve been happier with the place if we had been at a lower rate, but for the rate that we paid, I expected it to be a little bit more updated. A couple of the baths are in need of a facelift and a new coat of paint. The kitchens have great counter space and utensils and pans are adequate, but some could use replacing. Overall, we had a very nice vacation here.

Great week!

Great house that was perfect for a great week with a family of 22. Ages ranging from 9 months to 60 years old. The set up of the property facilitated family interactions and privacy all at the same time. The pool was perfect!!

Enjoyable Vacation for 20

We rented both floors and had plenty of room for everyone. On the Wednesday before our rental week, the house changed owners. Communication with the new owners before and during our week was very good. It was obvious that they wanted us to enjoy our vacation. For example, the pool was full of sand and tree debris after a bad storm Monday night. I called Tuesday asking if the pool could be cleaned. I am sure the pool service was overwhelmed, but within a few hours they arrived, cleaned the pool and hot tub. Nothing detracted from our stay, but there were a few issues which I think will get looked into. Pros: Space, cleanliness, linens, facilities, pool, location, no major appliance issues. Cons: Somethings are dated and could be updated. The 2nd Floor master bedroom TV had no power. The 2nd Floor large TV had wifi connectivity problems. However, since we had both floors, there were plenty of TV's that we could use. The 2nd floor doors facing the pool need a new seal, water came in if the rain was blown against them. It would be helpful to have more information how to use the hot tub and to properly maintain it during the week. After our stay we informed the owners of several other problems that we were able to work around. These were passed on to the owners. We anticipate that the new owners will address these concerns. We would stay here again.
