You’ll enjoy private, secure access to the property through our keypad smart lock. Your unique entry code will be sent before check-in, allowing you to arrive anytime after 4 PM without needing to meet anyone or pick up keys.

Enjoy full access to the home, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private balcony. Parking information and building access instructions will also be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in experience.

House Rules:

1. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors by observing quiet hours and avoiding parties or events.

2. An exterior security camera monitors the parking area and front entrance only for guest safety. There are no interior cameras.

3. The private hot tub is professionally maintained to ensure it's clean and ready for your stay. Please follow all posted safety guidelines.

4. A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap to help you settle in. If these items are depleted during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their visit.

5. Complimentary beach gear and cornhole boards are available for guests to enjoy during their stay. We kindly ask that all items be returned to the designated storage area after use. Guests are responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear, and replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

6. The propane fire pit and grill are available year-round. Please supervise children around open flames and ensure both are turned off after use.

7. Please park only in the designated parking areas. Parking on the grass, in the street, or in a manner that blocks neighbors' driveways is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow these parking guidelines may result in towing or fines at the vehicle owner's expense.

8. To help preserve this beautifully renovated home, smoking, vaping, parties, and unauthorized events are not permitted.

9. No Unauthorized Overnight Guests: Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. The total number of overnight occupants must not exceed the number listed in your confirmed reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional fees and/or immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

10. No Mail Deliveries: Please do not have mail, packages, or deliveries sent to the property. The home is not authorized to receive guest mail, and we cannot guarantee receipt, storage, or forwarding of any items delivered during or after your stay.

11. Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling carts are provided for your convenience. North Myrtle Beach Public Works collects trash every Monday and Friday morning. If your stay includes either pickup day, please place both the trash and recycling carts at the curb next to the mailbox the evening before collection. To help keep the neighborhood clean, we also ask that you return the carts to their designated storage area after pickup whenever possible.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
