When we arrived on Saturday the air conditioning was not working and it was 80 degrees in the house. The owner was notified and a repair person didn’t come out until Monday. The owner then stated that they did not have the part to repair the air conditioner and asked if we needed for her to get a fan. The owner sent a message asking if it was ok if the repair person could enter the home on Tuesday and I responded no. On Tuesday when we arrived back at the home around lunch time there was two work vehicles in our parking spaces and people working in the home. We packed and left early because it was still very uncomfortable in the home. The flooring in the kitchen and bed rooms were dirty and need to be updated. The outside area was unkempt and grass/weeds needed to be cut. This was the worst stay I have had using Vrbo and I will probably stop using Vrbo if this is the type of vacation rentals that are allowed to be on the site. Parking spaces are to small on the back of the rental.
