Will book again

Property manager answered all my questions upfront before I even booked. Check in process was super easy took less than 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and the beach access was directly across the street. On site laundry was nice to wash beach towels.

Convenient

This little place is great to stay! Clean, cozy, and convenient to all NMB has to offer! There’s only one thing that bothered my husband and myself and it was the sheets will not stay on the bed! No matter how you make the bed, they will not stay on… . Easy check-in and quiet neighborhood!

Hole lot smaller than looks !wasnt that clean .not much parking areas!

Smaller than it looks floors was not clean only give 1 towel and rag a person!1 parking space if not in your parking space they will tow !will never rent from r&r property again !they try to charge fees for anything!

Looks better in pictures

The design is nice. The pics definitely made it look much bigger- IRL low ceilings and tight spaces. The sheets and towels were low quality- the sheets have lost elastic and would come off the mattress when sleeping. There is no dishwasher, but housekeeping left dw pods…when I asked for a drying rack, I was told we don’t provide that so I’m not sure how they expected us to do dishes? The shower drain was clogged, but they sent someone right away. It was a great location- right across the street from the beach. Not sure I’d stay there again.

Do not book this Cabana 3 or in this building.

We were booked for 1 week, 9/6/2024. we drove 13 hrs. From Michigan to stay here. First night we got in about 8 pm. By the time we unpacked, got food, we were exhausted. We went to bed. Second morning got up early, packed up a few things to head over to Murrell’s Inlet to meet other family members for the day. Got back late went to bed. Got up the 3rd day decided to go to beach before open of Sunday football, each night both my husband and I had headaches, I suffer from Asthma, each night I’m waking up using my rescue inhaler.. which I normally only have problem when in contact with triggers, heavy dust, Mold and heavy perfumes. Which we don’t wear. I pulled back, sofa, beds, and noticed all sockets had black around them. After pulling back beds and sofa I noticed Black mold growing inside the air conditioner vents and on the outside of vent on walls as well.. called the owner, she sent over her maintenance guy, who came an hour or so later with a jug of chlorine and a rag. Told me that would take care of it!!! I said, No you have black mold, you need to not rent this place. I’m adding pictures to Vrbo in hopes they shut this Cabana down obviously they have had water problems since one or two storms and black mold is now spreading throughout the walls. Do not expose yourselves or your Children or pets to this place. I would add pictures to this, but they don’t allow it. You could see for yourself if they did. If someone for Vrbo would call. I will gladly send pic’s.

Epic disaster of a family beach week

This 1st floor condo unit was a bit cramped for my family of 5. The upper level condos have way more space. When we arrived we saw signs of mold already near the ac vents. But it was going fine until mid-week we got a crazy flash flood through the building. Literally 5” of water came into our unit from the back of the house. I’ve never seen anything like it. All of our stuff was pretty much ruined. The host was mildly sympathetic, and offered to let us check out early (less a cancellation fee of course). And we still had to pay for the night that it flooded because it was after check-in time. Yeah, I paid for a night in a condo with 5” of water standing in it. Epic worst beach vacation in history. I wouldn’t recommend this rental to anyone, nor the host. Nobody cared, not vrbo either.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, neat and comfortable. Just a few steps away from being on the beach. Great for a family of four. Great night of sleep in the comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Location

Clean and convenient. Place was nice. Outside area really came in handy with outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Close to area shops and straight across the street from the beach. Biggest complaint was NO electrical outlet in the bathroom at all and the living room area was VERY small. Other than thatthe place was great. Definitely not comfortable for more than 4 people. Would rent again even though it's a little pricy.

Convenient location, easy access to the beach (straight across the street), clean. Walking wooded trails nearby, great for pets. Had all the necessities.
