The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). "The hotel was extremely clean. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Gym was very nice. Restaurants were very good. Washer/dryer in the unit worked well. The store on the first floor was very helpful. "
