  • This home is in a residential area in North Little Rock. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, large den with a wood burning fireplace and sleeps up to 12. Base rate is for 4 guest and is published. We have an additional $20 per night, per guest fee over 4 guest. Eat in kitchen, formal dining area and a laundry room. Home sits on a small lake. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck or you can fish from shoreline in the back yard. No swimming We provide WiFi, coffee & all the fixins, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.We also provide a hair dryer in each bathroom. Ironing board and iron also provided. We are approx 7 mins from the back gate of the Air Force Base. 10 minutes from Verizon Arena. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. You must be 25 to book and stay for the entire booking, no smokers, no parties, no unauthorized guest. We allow up to 2 Small, NON SHEDDING dogs with a $75 non refundable pet deposit. Pets must be on the booking and approved by the host

Easy check in, house was in a good neighborhood and centrally located.My family and I really enjoyed the house- great space with room to spread out. Great outdoor space also! Next time we stay we will take advantage of the grill and waterfront!

Comfortable home in North Little Rock

My group really enjoyed our stay in North Little Rock. The backyard was so nice to relax in after our daily sightseeing in the city. We loved how close the home was to all the attractions: Museum of Discovery, Riverfront Park, and the zoo. The utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse but I was still able to cook breakfasts and dinners at the house. We do look forward to staying again!

The lake was great

We was looking for a place to fish. And this work out just fine. The family loved it the house was clean and plenty of space for everyone. If we go back to Little Rock this will be the place.

The house was in a good and the backyard was very nice. Our grandkids enjoyed the ducks.

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for a large group. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and portable crib. Perfect for our 22 month old grandson.

Excellent Location

We rented this unit for family members who were attending a wedding nearby. The location was ideal with many restaurants and grocery stores very close. Conveniently located to highways. Lots of linens available along with a washer and dryer. 2 full bathrooms which was helpful with so many people needing to get ready in a short time period. Lovely little lake at the rear of the property which provided lots of bird watching and patio seating to visit with family. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

I'm from Little Rock. Moved to Texas 36 years ago. I come home to see family and friends. This is a nice home. Only downside to this home is the beds are uncomfortable. Nice but uncomfortable due to firmness. That's personal has nothing to do with the overall stay. Thank you and be blessed.

Back in the old neighborhood

Grew up in the house across the street so fun being back in the neighborhood. Overall we were very happy with the rental. The garage is a bit small - a Tacoma would not fit so the door could be put down which was a bit of a bummer when the weather turned severe but "no hail - no harm". I missed there was no cable but we got by. A couple non-serrated knives in the kitchen would make food prep a bit easier. We would stay here again if available.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view!

We loved this property in North Little Rock. It has plenty of space to spread out. We took our family of 4 and 2 friends and had a great time (3 adults, 3 kids). The back yard was a beautiful little oasis. Picture perfect Arkansas landscape with several wild animals that were fun to watch. Plenty of dishes and towels. The basement was the kids favorite spot. They really enjoyed having their own space. The property manager was very helpful the one time we needed to ask a question. Very close to local shopping and restaurants of all kinds. We were in town for a wedding and felt right at home here. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing Bach yard.

The back yard is beautiful. Lots of birds, ducks, swans. 2 full bath and a half bath downstairs. Older, but clean and comfortable. Will stay here next time we’re in the area.

Very pleasant stay

Two couples stayed here for three nights and everything was just right. Quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.
