"3rd time staying in the cabins owned by Dan and Amanda and it was the perfect getaway for me, my husband and our 2 dogs, Jovie (Basset Hound) and Sadie (Chihuahua Mix). This was our first time staying in this cabin, which is just slightly closer to the little beach. We cooked on the grill several times, made fires in the fire pit almost every night, had our coffee on the deck every morning, and spent 5 of our days on the lake because the weather was spectacular! "This is a beautiful place and built incredibly well. The pictures are beautiful and the place is even more so. I am not one to sit still but it was such a nice environment that I spent a few hours on different days simply enjoying being there. We will be back!"

"Great cottage in a quiet and picturesque spot on Champlain. Cottage is in good condition and loved it was also pet friendly. Highly recommend this spot for a quiet and romantic getaway "

"A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. "

"We had a great week at Birchwood Cottages!! The cottage itself was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP boards, beach toys, etc that they have available for everyone to use. We were there during a major storm, and lost power. We immediately were checked on and assured that the generator was on so we would at least have water. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. My youngest is already asking for us to book for next summer."

"The property is accurately described. It sits directly across from the late July sunset!! So beautiful! A quick boat ride takes you to a couple of restaurant options! The property has plenty of beds and two updated bathrooms! We had a birthday party for a 9-year-old with 10 people. There was plenty of parking for 5 cars!! The lakefront is perfect for swimming, with an Aqua Lily Pad! The kayaks allowed us to view the lakefrontage up close and personal, and the paddleboards were fun!! ...
