"Nice apartment in an excellent location"

"This is our second stay at Jewel Residences and love it here! The views are always spectacular, it is one of the few true beachfront hotel/residence. Always clean and rooms are well appointed and kitchen beautiful and balcony great. So nice to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves! We will be back "

"Located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Nice view from the apartment. Property is clean."

"Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome"

"I was in Surfers Paradise recently for a hip replacement and I spent 23 days at One the Esplanade recovering and rehabilitating from my surgery. The property and location were great and catered for my needs. Great balcony and view of the beach and water. Nearby restaurants and shops and the tram station to get around. The property managers were great and checked on me regularly. Will definitely return to this property when in the Gold Coast area. "

"Quick access to facilities."

"Everything about the apartment was as described and the building itself was well managed and maintained by pleasant and helpful staff. The location was central to all amenities we needed and access was convenient. An older property but updated nicely. We felt safe and secure."
