"Good location. Overall nice and convenient property with a nice small patio. Easy check in. We had a comfortable stay. It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options....

"Ashley was fantastic. House was exactly what we needed. One thing you may want to advertise is that there a nice pickleball courts just a 5 minute walk away along with a coffee shop. Such convenience but still in a beautiful mountain setting. I wish we had brought our racquets. "

"Highly Recommended We stayed at this home for a week while in town for a wedding, and it worked very well for our group. The house had plenty of room for seven adults, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a quiet neighborhood setting. "Julia & John were wonderful hosts. They have such a lovely addition to their home. It was warm & inviting, everything was labeled well, everything we might need was there. Julia is quick to respond to messages & allowed us to stay with our 6 month old to visit my great aunt for her 104th birthday. I would recommend this location if you need a place to stay while visiting Charlottesville."

"The area and the space were great! We just didn't love the fact that the "neighbors" below us were likely residents of the downstairs space. They were very quiet, but in context of a cottage in the country, it just feels a little off to have someone living in the same dwelling you're renting to get away from it all. Neighbors that are also vacationers would have made it a little less uncomfortable. Not bad experience, but not our preference for the context. "
