The Space:

The private guest house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a cozy queen-size bed, a loveseat, dining table for two, dresser, TV, and ample cabinet space. The kitchenette includes a microwave/convection oven, hot plate, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, cookware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and a wine opener. A private washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a fully equipped tiki hut featuring a commercial cooler, ice maker, Blackstone pizza oven, and a full-size gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoy the colorful ambient lighting with remote control, relax on the covered patio lounge chairs, or soak up the sun by the pool. The pool includes a spacious sun shelf with two loungers and a table with an umbrella, creating the ideal spot to unwind.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all outdoor amenities, including the pool, swim-up tiki bar, hammocks, kayaks, cornhole, and outdoor entertaining areas. A designated parking space is marked along the fence, with room for up to two vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the guest house for your exclusive use. Pool towels are provided and can be found in the guest laundry area.
