Peaceful get a way!

We so enjoyed our stay. Rich and Debra were amazing to work with. They are so kind and accommodating to our needs which we appreciated so much. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, and provided everything we needed. If you love to swim or relax in a hot tub this is the place for you. I think the best part for us was the peacefulness it provided to lay on the lounge chairs under the stars. Thank you Richard and Debra.

Nice Home, Nicer Owners!

Over the last several years my wife and I have consistently used VRBO for our travels. Deb and Rich, the owners of this property, are two of the kindest, most helpful and respectful owners we have had the pleasure of meeting. Every request was addressed promptly and with a smile. We look forward to going back! The home was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. What is not advertised is the fact that everything in the home, the linens, towels, robes, cookware, cutlery, etc. are all top notch as well. It was refreshing to be provided with nice amenities rather than the "disposable" type we see at many properties. If your travel plans have you in the Fort Myers area, you simply cannot go wrong with this property! Thank you Rich & Deb!

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this home for a month, and there wasn’t a day that we did not enjoy. Deb and Rich were available the entire time for anything we needed, which wasn’t much as this house has everything you need! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We hardly had our meals indoors as the Lani has a cover over the outdoor table. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise across the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It so nicely decorated and the beds are so comfortable too. There is so much to do near by; golf, tennis and pickleball. There are some great theaters and alot of great restaurants near by as well downtown Fort Myers which is about 10 minutes away. We visited the Edison/Ford estate and botanical garden which is worth the guided tour. We will definitely be back. Thank you Deb and Rich for a wonderful stay and so nice to have met you both.

Great place to stay

The property is very nice and easily accessible. Deb and Richard make sure your stay is the best. Even though they were out of town, they made sure a friend was available to assist us with the hot tob. Merf was wonderful and very responsive. Great overall experience.

Private Oasis to truly relax or have fun; exceptional hosts!

Our family of 4 (kids 8 & 5) picked this place to enjoy a private pool for days filled with swimming and relaxing. Grandparents ended up staying most of the time with us but still plenty room for everyone. We spent most of the time outside, either in the pool or eating and playing cards on the lanai - we couldn't have asked for a better setting. Deb's communication was much appreciated and we enjoyed talking with Rich when he would come to check on the pool. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay again!

Week Get Away from Minnesota Winter

My wife and I spent a delightful week at this house. We've rented many houses in Florida over the years and none has been more comfortable or well-appointed than this one. The owners are very attentive and will deal with any issue quickly.

Wonderful warm stay

We truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool area! So much seating and lounging. The owners were VERY responsive and even gave us tips on places to eat. The kitchen is well appointed. The house was in great condition considering the hurricane that came through months before.

What an exceptional vacation!

Deb and Rich are the best hosts anyone could ever ask for. Check in was easy. Their home is just so welcoming and all the conveniences of home. The heated pool and hot tub were my daily enjoyment and thank you Rich for your cheat sheet and coming at night to set up the spa. Thank you for getting the pool floats... awesome way to just let go and float and look at the sky. Very well stocked beautiful home. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. I had a couple of friends spend some good quality time with me for a few days and this was my first time renting a house. I am looking forward to coming back in May. My vacation was in January and I booked the house before Hurricane Ian. I have to admit i was a little concerned, but Deb kept me informed on what work was being done and reassured me that the house would be ready for my trip. It definitely was worth the wait. I would highly recommend Deb and Rich's beautiful home to anyone looking for a relaxing private vacation without distractions as with a hotel or resort. This home is a resort! Thank you Rich and Deb! I look forward to seeing you two again. You are the best!!!

Relaxation at its Best!

This home was amazing. It was very comfortable and made you feel good about staying there. It was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need and so much more. Rich and Deb were very understanding and quick to respond to our needs. Both were very pleasant and really cared about making you feel special. The pool and hot tub were the main focus and we enjoyed relaxing in them. Thanks again for the "cheat sheet" once we got the hang of it! The pool lounge bed pads were great to just relax and float around. The grocery stores and places to eat are just minutes away. We had a great time and will definitely return to this home. A great pool home!

We enjoyed our weekend stay recently! The house was plenty large enough for us, the neighborhood was quiet and private and we honestly just spent two days floating in the pool. Grocery stores and gas stations are under 3 miles away so it is still very convenient to get what you need!
