"A truly delightful stay! Can’t say enough good things about the house, the setting, the owners and the location. We rented the home for one week to hold a special family gathering with our 2 daughters and sons-in-law. From the start, the owners, Peter and Kathryn, offered us early check-in, as soon as the property was made ready once the previous occupants vacated. And, on departure allowed us a later check out so that one of our sons-in-law could attend to an unexpected work-related emergency....

" We had a very pleasant stay! The house is bright, open, airy, very clean and comfy! The kitchen was well equipped and had ample counter space. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms looked new. The photos are accurate. The house is located in a quiet spot in the woods up a steep dirt road. We heard a lot birds in the morning and saw a black bear. The location is convenient to Waterbury and Stowe. We enjoyed the hiking, biking, swimming and kayaking in the area. Tom replied...

"Too expensive and bringing everything over on the ferry got old fast !!"

"The cottage was just as described with the added bonus of a full kitchen albeit with out a dishwasher. The bagel toaster more than made up for that! We were here for a family wedding and it was great to come back to the lake for the peace and quiet!"

"Llegamos y la casa esta sucia la mesa d comer los pisos sucios con mancha las sabanas d los cuartos con mal olor los utencilios d la cocina sucios llamamos para ver q solucionaban me dijeron q ellos iban al siguiente di les avisamos q no ibamos a estar despues d las 9 q ellos podian ir y nunca se aparecieron mi esposa y yo nos pusimos limpiar estabamos considerando irnos antes pero despues d q NOSOTROS limpiamos decidimo quedarnos, la casa linda pero necesita improvements las gavetas d la cocina...
