Jim and Julia could not have been nicer. The home is spectacular, as stated. It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful, relaxing, luxurious week with our adult kids and their partners, but it would be great for younger kids too. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs we wanted. The deck is spectacular, hot tub, steps to beach. tons of games, instruments, kayaks, bikes, and the instructions gave us tons to do. We did a day trip further into the Cape and Provincetown, and a day on the rail trial bike path from Falmouth to Woods Hole, and it would have been an easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard, but mostly we had hardly any reason to want to leave the house. It did not feel like a rental property, but a like friend's lovely home. Beautifully appointed. Would happily return.

Heaven on Earth! My husband, kids and grandkids stayed for a week, and countless times we all remarked at how beautiful the view was at the home. It was fascinating watching the tides change, the boats coming and going in the harbor, and the birds who make this stunning spot their home. The lot alone is so amazing that by itself it would be rated 5 stars; when you add the house, I would rate it a 10 star if I could. Jim and Julia have created a lovely home with all the conveniences one could want and more. The home is beautifully built, decorated and supplied. We didn't lack for anything all week - for comfort, recreation and scenery. Do yourself a favor and stop looking at other properties. This is the one to stay at (except, of course, when we want to go back ;)). Jim was easy to be in touch with and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Great house and great host.

The View!!!

Jim and Julia’s lovely home is open to one of the most beautiful views on Cape Cod. It’s where artists are inspired to paint scenic landscapes and it is ever changing. The home itself is spacious, yet cozy with lots of spaces for guests to tuck into with a book or glass of wine. The hosts have thought of everything their guests need from kitchen to outdoor play toys, like paddle boards, bikes and kayaks. The house is fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items, etc. But it’s the thoughtful things that Jim and Julia do, like a packet and video prior with full details on how to use all the great extras at the house such as gym equipment and salt water hot tub. There were fresh cut flowers from the yard in every room when we arrived as well as a detailed map of the layout of the cupboards in the kitchen and pantry. Not to mention, an assortment of thoughtful guest treats waiting on the huge kitchen island when we entered the immaculately clean house. For most of our two week stay, there were only 3 of us in the house. But for 4 wonderful laughter and music filled days and nights (there’s a grand piano!) we had the bedrooms filled, and family and friends in and out. Perfect house to gather, enjoy the beach, the sun and the beauty of that view! Thoughtful and accommodating hosts, beautiful very clean, well appointed home, great new kitchen, fantastic location. A slice of Heaven!

Our family (2 kids, their spouses and 4 grandchildren) take an annual Fall Break trip. This was our first trip to the area. We could not have had a more wonderful trip. The house is tasteful and comfortable with special touches throughout. The downstairs was a perfect play space for the kids. The porch, yard and beach were ideal. We explored, enjoyed sunsets, and roasted s'mores. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The host was very responsive and attentive. He could not have been more helpful and welcoming. This is such a special spot. So private and peaceful. I miss that view first thing in morning. I hope to come back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

My family and I had an incredible time at Jim and Julia's place. The house is located in a gated community with tennis courts and a private beach. The house is newly renovated, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. We had lovely dinners on the house deck while enjoying the sunset. Jim and Julia's house has everything you need from kitchen utensils, to a hot tub and water sport equipment, it is extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable and the hosts are always reachable if you have a question. During our staying at the house we made some great memories that will treasure until our next visit.

Amazing Family Vacation

This was the best experience we have had renting a property. The host was super informative, communicative, and helpful from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, clean and had tons of space for our family of 10. Loved the special touch of fresh flowers placed throughout. The home was supplied with about everything you would need, from spices to laundry detergent. There were so many things provided to entertain, that we weren’t able get through them all. Had a great time exploring on the kayaks and trying out the paddle board. My niece absolutely loved the piano. She taught herself a few songs to play that we all enjoyed listening to throughout the trip. We loved the place so much we have already asked to book again for a future date!

Amazing Vacation Spot

This is an amazing place to be for a week at the beach. Gorgeous house, incredible deck, with the soft sand of Buzzards Bay just steps away. I first stayed here eight years ago and thought I had found paradise, and found it here again last week - but with an all-new renovated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, a new hardwood deck with sunset-facing hot tub - I just cannot say enough about how incredible this property is for a family vacation. The owners are wonderful, engaged, and responsive, and go to great lengths to ensure a positive experience for their guests. The house is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation: from the basics like linens and towels to the extras like kayaks, paddle board, corn hole and CamJam, a Sonos whole house sound system, several HDTVs, fast Wifi, board games, guitars, Steinway Grand Piano - I could go on and on. Stop thinking about it - Go!

Absolutely incredible views in a wonderful home

I cannot say enough about how fabulous this home and the hosts are. We booked for a 50th birthday celebration/girls trip and Jim was the best host I've ever had at a VRBO. He communicated, in advance, the tips and tricks of the area the house layout including a detailed map, provided restaurant recommendations on request and made us all feel so welcome. Thank you!

Views, Comfort & Fun… Another Incredible Stay!

We have now begun a yearly tradition (just wrapped year 2!) of staying here in the spring with our extended family, and wow it is the perfect spot. The views, beachfront, perfectly appointed home, kids toys, highchair, pack n play, workout room, beach supplies, fire pit are all the perfect amenities to relax, unwind and spend time with family. Jim and Julia are so responsive to questions, and were so thoughtful about things for the kids! These owners are truly beyond attentive, and that’s the service you get when you stay at this 5 star property. We can’t wait to come back for year 3!!!

Sublime by the Sea

We were attending a wedding in North Falmouth and needed a place for our family to gather. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home, a more beautiful location or more gracious hosts. Wonderful experience! Awesome home!

We used Jim’s beautiful home for a multi generational reunion. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was for us! The house was immaculate and afforded us great opportunity to enjoy each other’s company while basking in the views and incredible sunsets! The beach was absolutely perfect for our grandchildren and felt very safe. The back deck has incredible views and was a great place to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and well equipped and large enough for great visiting while we prepared meals. My wife particularly loved the piano room and enjoyed playing for all of us on their exceptional piano. Relaxing Get-A-Way

The home far exceeded our expectations and provided so many amenities to be enjoyed. Mornings and evenings on the deck highlighted our days. Plus, the quieter waves in the inlet allowed us stress free swimming with our grandchildren. The hosts were super communicative and helpful and the neighbors were welcoming. Incredible Stay & Wonderful Hosts

This was by far the best property we’ve stayed in to-date! With two toddlers and 5 adults the house and amenities were everything we could ask for, and the location is top-notch. We spent all our days at the beach and enjoyed quality family time in the perfect beachfront setting. Jim and Julia are tremendous hosts; Not only did they provide such welcoming instructions and stay communications, but they equipped the house with baby gear and a wonderful wooden train set for my toddler which kept him happy and busy for hours. I can’t say enough good things about this rental, and am planning to rebook next year! 5 stars all around.

A wonderful spring vacation

The house was recently renovated and has beautiful views of the ocean. We watched the gorgeous sunset every night. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The owner was very hospitable and considerate. The location is close to Woods Hole and Martha’s Vineyard. All of us loved our stay and would love to go back someday.

Beautiful rental property

This beautiful rental property offers everything you can imagine and then some. There is truly nothing you could want for. We enjoyed not only the house but walking on the beach directly in front of the property and the sunsets were spectacular from the deck. Jim was a delight to work with and answered all my questions immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around.

Fabulous House!

We have been renting at the Cape for 40+ years and this is without a doubt one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! The house was immaculate, with attention paid to every detail. The water view was lovely with a walkable beach and lots of wildlife to add to the experience. Jim was a very attentive host, providing lots of info on how the house worked. Must Stay and read the House Manual

Jim and Julia go above and beyond to ensure your stay is going smoothly - great hosts! We rented for a wedding and contemplated as a group to skip the wedding and spend more time at the house. This place has everything you need, private beach, hot tub, updated bedrooms/ bathrooms/ kitchen, man cave, beach gear and a deck with top notch views of wild harbor. A friend of ours was lucky enough to catch a striper on his paddle board off the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Spectacular Home & Location

From the moment I walked in the front door and saw how gorgeous the home was and how incredible the view was I was in awe! It was a hard home to leave. We spent most of our time either on the beach or on the back porch. The hot tub & fire pit were awesome. The cleanliness and amenities were fabulous. This home has everything you could possibly need and more. Jim was very attentive and gave fabulous recommendations during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!! The Perfect Cape Cod Rental

We had an amazing stay in Falmouth at this rental. The house and entire property is fantastic, with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. The location is priceless -- the private beach area is perfect for adults and kids, and the proximity to shops, parks, the bike path, and all that Falmouth has to offer is ideal. Jim is an incredible host -- we were all so impressed with how thoughtful, kind, and helpful he was both before and throughout our stay. I can't imagine a better rental experience and we can't wait to return next summer!
