I had a wonderful long weekend with my college roommates and friends. The property was absolutely beautiful and the house itself was just as amazing. It was furnished perfectly and had such warm and inviting areas for us to catch up on our lives. None of us wanted to leave and we will be coming back again soon!

Our stay was enjoyable. The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed many activities including walking on the beach, star gazing, painting rocks and playing board games. I brought a few kayaks and sue to the pleasant weather we kayaked.

Our vacation at this property was just what we all needed. The home is gorgeous and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The kids loved playing along the shore. We had room to set up yard games. The owners were responsive and quickly addressed any questions. We have zero complaints! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for the memories we will cherish for a lifetime!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Enormous lawn with a hammock and string lights, perfect for the kids to explore and play. House was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beach is rocky but still very accessible from the house and lawn and all of our kids swam (with water shoes). It was wonderful to hear the waves lapping and feel surrounded by water as far as we could see. There is only one set of neighbors in view and they were friendly, and far enough away that we didn't feel we were bothering them playing games on the lawn. Beds and showers were super comfortable and luxurious. The town is quite nice - we had a great lunch at the Skunk and Goat and ordered from both town pizza shops while we were there. The hosts were very responsive during our stay. A pretty perfect family getaway from Pittsburgh!

The lake house is a wonderful get-away for a week of sun. water and eagles. We all enjoy spending time together. Last year we enjoyed having meals outside on the picnic table but this year it was missing...maybe next year it will appear..Fun time was had by all. Thank you

This was our second stay at the property and that should tell you everything. It’s a beautiful and relaxing getaway. We enjoyed seeing so many more eagles this year and had a great time hunting for sea glass every day. Definitely created fond memories!

The listing does not do justice to this home. This cottage is beautiful! Much larger than we expected! The owners were very easy to work with even thought they were out of state during most of our visit. I would not recommend this home for handicapped or elderly who do not walk well. The parking is not close to the cottage and there are no grabbers in the bathrooms. There are also no railings at the outside steps. The views here are to die for! The sunsets are gorgeous! We experienced all kinds of weather during our stay, but never failed to enjoy the skies and water. Where the weather was cold or rainy, we enjoyed the cozy fireplace and family room with windows everywhere to watch the views. We took amazing pictures! If you are not handicapped, this place is to die for! My friends and I teased about how we could buy this place from the owners. They are very nice people and try hard to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this cottage!

This was our fourth stay at this lovely property. Among all the wonderful features, the sunroom is excellent for building jigsaw puzzles while still enjoying magnificent lake views! Dave and Sam are excellent hosts. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We came back for another piece of heaven. I can’t say enough about the cottage it’s just a wonderful experience, total relaxation. Walking on the shore line my 6 year old grandson found sea glass and was so happy with his find that when he left he added it to the jug as he wanted to leave it for the owners to thank them for our stay.

The home was was more perfect than the pictures can possibly show. We left relaxed and so happy that we were able to book it. Sam was the best and so very sweet to accommodate our special needs. (Thank you Sam) Already booked for next year. By the way.... watching the eagles were magical.

Great property as advertised!! Very comfortable beds. I could go on and on but just read property description and know it will be better than says! Actually more spacious than the photos show. Being so close to home we had a few day visitors who promptly went home and booked a stay for themselves!
