"I have to say I had High expectations for this location, property and our stay in general. This was a get away for just my Granddaughter and I we have dreamed of it since she was very little…she’s an Engineer now! We have dreamed of painting together on the Washington Coast. "The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. "We stay here every year and love the property and the owners. It’s clean, has everything we need for a 4 day stay - kitchen, board games, washer dryer, comfy beds! A short 10 minute drive to the main beach access and main strip with all the activities. We will be back next year!"

"Everything was fantastic, except I want to mention that there are beach burrs/ stickers along the path to the beachAnd at the edge of the grassy dunes and beach which Our dog stepped in and he could not really walk or go to the beach for the rest of the vacation. Keep your dog on the path! Epic house. Kids loved the little movie theater.Comfortable beds, great views— loved it."

"We had 10 family members (adults) and 2 dogs, the house provided plenty of space for all. Everyone agreed it was a perfect place. We beach walked the beach, boogie boarded, went into Westport for lunches, and watched the ocean activity which included an amazing sunset.We hope to have another family gathering there. "I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!"

"The home was great, clean, cozy and well maintained. new interior, big screen TV and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I have is to put fencing all of the way to the ground in the back and side yard...the fence currently has a huge space at the bottom that my small doggy slipped under twice...had to run him down in the neighborhood and then put him on a line so he couldn't just run free... but everything else is great....thanks, and will stay here again "

"This was a special gathering for our family - my parents owned this home for some 20 years before Jim purchased it, and he has done a wonderful job both updating the home and maintaining it. My brother and I, and our families stayed at this VRBO and the adjoining home. It is well worth your visit. Though the direct ocean view has recently been obscured by recent construction, there are still peekaboo ocean views and great ocean and beach access. Thank you, Jim, it was a special time for...

"Annual family ocean vacation was amazing! This home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable. The only complaints we could possibly come up with are : The beds are a little low for older folks, and the dining room table would be better if it seated 8 - BUT that's only if we were being real picky, which we aren't. We thought everything was great and will come back!"

"We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!"
