"It was a very good experience the staff were very helpful and all out to assist us from everything even if we had to ask for something which wasn't on the menu they made sure we were assisted. Thanks to the great manager and his staff for making it a memorable stay.

"The hotel was good but the room we has was 2 flights up with 2 very heavy fire doors. It was very hot with only a small window to a flat roof that didn't open more than 3 inches. No phone in room to communicate with reception.
Nothing in the immediate area outside the hotel other than a 10 minute? very steep hill to port isaac. There was nowhere to sit and relax out of the heat other than the bar."

There has been quite a gap between our last stay and this.
It is a very relaxing place to stay . The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is good , and the bed very comfortable."

"The room was spacious and well provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good offering a large choice of options. Dinner menu was also excellent and the food was fresh and well prepared."
