"This was our 3rd stay at this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is very clean and has all that you would need for a break away. It is situated in a beautiful area, out of the town but close enough to walk.We were very lucky with the weather and so most mornings we had breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by.The only downside of the apartment is the steps but after a couple of days you don’t notice how many there are. Also helps to burn off the extra calories...

"We loved everything about the property. It was like living in a show apartment. It had everything we needed plus spectacular views. As we are in our 70s the extremely steep hills were challenging but we managed to get up and down them slowly."

"This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. "Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Rocklands. Fabulous view of beach and cliffs. Very central and wonderful having reserved parking space. Would particularly suit surfers though we weren't ourselves. Pizza Express below was good. Slightly annoying having an Indian restaurant next door. "

"Brilliant location for exploring Newquay and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the views from the living room and bedrooms are stunning! The apartment is fully equipped and secure parking is a bonus. Our host did a fantastic job of welcoming us and familiarising us with the apartment and local area. We had a fabulous holiday and would have loved to have stayed longer. "

"My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. Having the basics (toilet paper, soap, and coffee and milk!) already there made for an easy start to our stay. ...

"We had a fantastic time at this property in Newquay. Short walk to beautiful Fistral beach. The flat was excellent and well equipped with almost everything we could need, plenty of beach stuff, except beach towels. I rated lower on accuracy of description only because the main bed is a queen not king size and the drying on the washer/dryer wasn't functioning properly. We'd still be thrilled to stay there again."
