"Wonderful experience, very friendly welcome, many really appreciated small details, like good quality teas, biscuits, water and hot chocolate in the room, bathroom stocked with cotton wool and good quality shampoo shower gel etc. The room was very well maintained, it wasn´t so big (we booked the last room available) but big enough and very comfortable and cosy. "Nice area to stay if you want to be close to carbis bay beach and st. ives. Excellent bed and bedding, we enjoyed the countryside view, end quietness. although the cows woke us up one morning 😊. More than helpful Lorena responded very quickly and sufficiently. Hairdryer was one love. There was no hob which I needed, but maybe it’s ok as if someone will fry meal the room could get sticky with fat 😅 Good value for money. We can return. Highly recommended. "

"Good convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. Jackie was helpful & very welcoming. There is public car park next to property so it can be a bit noisy from the road but it didn't troubled me much. I would recommend this guest house and happily book again if I travel to Newquay again."
