Our family has been vacationing in the North Conway, NH area for the past 24 years. They provided an engagement package list with detail as to what will be in the house and several emails which were clear, concise, informative and friendly. This is by far the total best experience from arrival to (sadly) leaving the vacation home that was shared with our family. Our gracious hosts made us feel welcome from the start. The home was spacious and allowed much freedom for our family of 11. The kitchen was user friendly and well stocked for all our needs. We prepared several meals during our ski vacation. The dining area allowed all to sit comfortably at a single table for meals. And the dining table was great for game playing. The basement was equipped with air hockey , a favorite game of mine and now my grandsons. The four sleeping levels allowed us to separate at bedtime. Very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The children were tucked in bed, and the adults could watch the Olympics or play games till the wee hours.And the location could not have been more convenient. Directly off the main road and a short walk to Settlers Green. Tough to get better than this. We look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the near future.Thank you so very much for being an incredible host.

Multi-Family Summer Vacation

When we decided to book a summer vacation with two other families last year I found this property and we were so glad we did! It is clean, spacious, and inviting. You can tell that the owners of this property truly love it. Its charm is felt throughout the condo with ski themed decor. Everything from booking, check in/ check out was extremely simple and seamless. With 6 adults and 6 kids we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. We had a wonderful time! Colleen was super easy and kind to work with and super quick to respond if we had any questions.

Perfect family getaway

We chose this property because of its size and location. It did not disappoint. The kids loved the game room and the pool was a good temp and only a short walk away. Lots of choices for restaraunts nearby. The grill is a good size if you want to cook dinner and the kitchen is well stocked. We had one little hiccup during our stay but our host took care of it immediately. There was amazing communucatin and resolution.Would recommend to friends interested in staying in Nilorth Conway.

Great for a group

The condo is as pictured - the basketball, air hockey, and games are a plus! Bedrooms are also a good size, and having a bathroom on each floor is perfect. Location is great to access North Conway area. Would book again. Downsides: old creaky beds, missing light bulbs and broken lamps, kitchen table that only seats 6.

N. Conway House

This house was awesome. It’s very spacious and has enough room for all the kids and different families to have their own space. The game room was great and the location to everything in N. Conway was awesome. Check in/out were very easy. We would stay again.

Great weekend stay!

Great set up for a group. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Took us a little while to figure out the door (try moving handle up instead of down) but the place was very clean and as described. Colleen was a lovely and communicative host. Thank you!

Fabulous vacation week

This was our second time at this property and everything was wonderful. With 6 adults and 4 teens, it isn’t easy to find a place that fits our needs at a reasonable price. This condo has plenty of room and is located right near the center of town. Those who ski had plenty of mountains to choose from. Those who don’t ski still had plenty to do in the area to keep us occupied. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans, which is helpful since we tend to eat in more than out. Check in and check out were very easy and communication from the hosts was terrific. We highly recommend this property and its hosts.

Pictures don't do it justice

While the pictures are great, actually being there is SO much better. We were there for our daughters birthday so we had 2 teens with us and they were content to stay at the property because there was so much to do there. They couldn't wait to get home and have a basketball tournament in the lower level with the family. Teens actually wanted us to spend time with them, I'm telling you it's magical lol. For all of the togetherness we had we also had our own space which was nice to be able to unwind. The pool was great my only regret is we didn't spend more time at it - the lock at the pool is tricky but we managed. I'd definitely return to this property.

Great North Conway stay

Our family (5 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Colleens North Conway condo. Colleen was amazing, she sent us multiple links for events in the North Conway area to bring our kids to. The condo had a great layout for our group and the kids loved the game room downstairs. The condo pool was great, super quiet and the kids loved being able to walk to the pool. We would definitely return because we loved the condo and had a great time.

Family vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone without running into each other. We like the set up for the 3 family. The teens like the loft and their parents had the bedroom below the loft. My other son, wife and 4 year old had the game room bedroom. Grandpa and I had the main floor bedroom. Each family had their own space for some down time.

Amazing Rental and Location!

Our family of 5 and both sets of parents had a wonderful stay at our rental in North Conway. It had everything we needed and is in a superb location. We all loved the games and enjoying the peace and quiet sitting on the back deck. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning!
