The Lazy Bear was a lovely condo at Cranmore mountain. Beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could wish for. Such great to details… lots of blankets, towels, games for the whole family. The honor bar was a great touch.We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to North Conway

Beautiful condo. Great location. Clean, spacious, very nice appliances, TVs, etc. Responsive owner. Good for families but also for folks like us who were 2 couples. We came up for a quick weekend getaway and are very happy we chose this condo!

My family and I have been going to North Conway for many years and we have stayed in this condo a couple of times now. Katrina is super responsive and is always looking to make sure you have what you need. I would strongly recommend this unit as it’s well stocked for a family with kids. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful accommodations for families traveling with young children. The location is centrally located to downtown North Conway and offers great convenience for those interested in enjoying Cranmore and the Mountain Park. The owner was very responsive and communication was detailed and prompt. I would highly recommend this stay!

Comfortable, well-located, 2-bedroom apartment

This new apartment is on the second floor of building right next to the lodge on property and a short walk from the pool and fitness center. The furniture and beds were comfortable and cozy; the apartment was very clean and well-equipped with towels, sheets, and other amenities; and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again, if we are visiting N. Conway again.

Excellent (3rd Year in a Row!)

Very family friendly, welcoming, our 3rd year in a row and always each time gets better! They also recently re-arranged, upgraded alot of the furniture too. Phenomenal! great hospitality, and the whole base lodge/base camp area continues to get buildout so it keeps getting better. Owner is very reachable, very hospitable and friendly.We stayed in June each time, looking forward to checking it out in the winter as well. We highly recommend purchasing tickets to take the chairlift up to the Summit of Cranmore and grabbing lunch and a drink at Miester Hut. Also using the nearby outdoor pool, etc.

Weekend getaway

We stayed at “The Lazy Bear” for an end of summer weekend get away. It was the perfect set up for my teens, toddler, and husband and I. The condo was wonderful. It had all the comforts of home and more! Kat was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We are hoping to stay here again.

Cranmore Stay

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). The decor is adorable, my kids spent the whole time counting how many bears they saw. They loved the fireplace and the bunkbeds. I think I was more excited for the old school Nintendo than they were! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need if you wanted to cook. Next time we will plan to do that. Katrina was available thru text right away when I had a few questions. We can’t wait to go back during the winter months!

Summer Getaway

Property was great; well stocked with everything you could need while staying. Great location near so much. Even though you’re close to do much, the condo is quiet and feels like you are off the beat and path. Our only complaint was the bed mattresses were a bit firm for our liking. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!

Amazing weekend away!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the accommodations! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely wonderful! We had things planned each day, so our time spent in the condo was limited but we chose last minute to stay in, relax & cook instead of heading out to dinner. It was perfect. Tons of games for our youngest! Amazing view and location to the pool and Adventure park. We would 100% book again! Thanks Katrina!

Comfortable stay

My family and I stayed at Katrina’s rental and it was an easy stay. Her unit came well equipped with everything you could need for cooking, playing games etc. Just bring your food and drinks and sit back and relax. Katrina was a wonderful host and we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Cranmore

This location can’t be beat. Our kids loved the heated pool and watching the ski lifts and mountain bikers from the balcony. The mountain adventure and ski lift to the top exceeded our expectations. Communication was clear and easy and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The board game closet, drawing supplies, extra googles and video games were a wonderful surprise for the kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic, our 2nd Year in a Row!

Absolutely love this place. Very clean and well done. Process is easy and the condo building is fantastic and literally right at the base of cranmore. We stayed here last summer and again this summer and would highly recommend.

Truly home away from home

My son and I stayed here for the long Labor Day weekend. The condo is perfect and very cozy. We enjoyed the downhill mountain biking which we could see right from our deck. The property owner was super friendly and very responsive. This is a very family friendly condo, equipped with lots of games and things for the kiddos to do.

North Conway Getaway

This was our third time staying at Lazy Bear. The kids were looking forward to this trip and they were not disappointed. They didn’t want to leave! We can’t blame them. This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked and the location was great. My twelve year old grandson loved all the outdoor activities Mount Cranmore had to offer and it was right outside the door. Would definitely come back again.

Mountain retreat!

This was now our second time staying here and we already cannot wait to return! Simply perfect for our family of five (3 kiddos under the age of 8). The condo is absolutely immaculate and the owners have not missed a beat…everything you could ever need is right at your fingertips! Katrina is always prompt with her responses if you have any questions before or during your stay, and she is a joy to work with. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this property - it is a perfect mountainside retreat and we look forward to returning!

OurLovely stay at Cranmore

We are a family of 7 plus a sister-in-law, we checked In Labor Day weekend to visit Story land and do some site seeing. Our stay was great. Being a large family which includes 2yr old twins we planned to cook all our meals and avoid restaurants, we were very pleased to find all cooking appliances, cook ware and dining ware we needed. The condo was very clean, and comfortable, we felt at home. There were also more than enough towels for everyone, and the many cozy throw blankets kept us warm while enjoying a movie or some time on the deck. The amenities were great, the kids enjoyed the gondola rides and roller coasters rides right on the backyard and the board games came in handy for some family time away from electronics. Most of all we felt very safe, with safety locks on all doors, smoke detectors etc. And the bear decor throughout the condo was jus adorable. I could go on and on but lastly just would like to say our host Katrina was there every step of the way and answered all our questions and this being our first time renting we had lots of them.

Great Stay at Lazy Bear

Really great property. Super well organized to make things easy for guests. Huge space with lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. Try to count the bears. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.
