We had a good stay overall. The location was excellent for skiing at Cranmore Mountain Resort, and it was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.We didn’t have much interaction with the host during our stay, and initial communication was somewhat delayed. Upon arrival Friday afternoon, we did not receive outreach from the host, which wasn’t a concern at first. However, the heating system stopped working, and we did not realize it immediately since we were cooking during our stay. By Sunday morning, the upstairs was quite cold. Once we were able to connect with the host, he responded promptly and was helpful in resolving the issue.The home could benefit from some general maintenance and updates, but overall we were satisfied with our stay. One additional note for winter guests: the back stairs were not shoveled, so extra caution was needed to avoid slipping.

The house fit 4 families very comfortably with plenty of space for both the adults and kids to spread out. Location was great. Owners were very responsive during our stay. Not having to deal with the trash was great as many of the houses in the area require to take out the trash. The recycle bins were very well labeled making it easy to separate. The house could use some TLC from the cleaners.

North Conway Review

Our stay was wonderful! Our family met to celebrate Christmas. The house was even roomier than listed-10 of us and our dogs had plenty of space. Large common areas and a nice space downstairs for tv and games that would be perfect for a family with teens that wanted their own space. The bedrooms were spacious. Everything needed was provided. The garage was a bonus for the cars. It was too cold to use the backyard in December-but the deck and hot tub were very nice! The yard and fire pit would be enjoyable during the warmer seasons.The location is ideal! Downtown North Conway is only minutes away for dining and shopping and we took a short drive to a nearby park to hike the trails. The hosts were very nice, helpful and answered my (too) many questions promptly. They were also kind and flexible enough to allow us to bring our dogs even though it meant we were over the two dog limit.I recommend staying here and would definitely come again!

Plenty of Space

This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience.

Family Storyland Adventure

It was the perfect location although the steep driveway could be an issue in the winter but it was perfect for non-winter use. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. The beds were comfortable but made a lot of noise/creaky. Very large TV in the family room and we enjoyed having a separate kitchen/family room in the basement. It was an excellent home and we would return again.

Family Getaway...

this house is perfect for large or small group. Lots of space to spread out. We had 3 couples in the main floor bedrooms and teenage grandkids with one 7 yr old in the downstairs bedrooms - couldn't be better. Very close to town and anything we needed to buy. Also close to many hiking trails as well as Story Land. Wonderful!

2nd year in a row!

This property is in an amazing location and worked out well for our family vacation. We were here last year as well so we were able to see the owners made some updates in between to keep the property maintained. It would be nice if the dishes were swapped out for something like Corelle so more could fit in the cabinets given the amount of people that can sleep in the house. Check in and Check out was super easy. Would stay again.

perfect family house

We loved our stay at this home. It had plenty of room for everyone to all be together or to retreat to separate areas when they wished. It was clean, well equipped, and centrally located. Some of the family went skiing while others went shopping and to lunch. We all had a wonderful time.

Great house and host

The house was perfect for our large group. The teens loved having the living room downstairs to hangout away from the adults. We walked to town which was just a little bit over a mile but a nice walk. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We would stay again!

Comfortable for large family gathering

The house was plenty large enough for all of us. The house wasn't dirty, but wasn't real clean either. Driveway was biggest concern. Tough to get in and out of with any amount of snow. Very steep. Would have been nice if hot tub and fireplace were operational.

Great Location and cleanliness

Overall this is a Great house. It is a situated right in Conway and close to everything we wanted to do. The house upon check in was extremely clean. We were a group of 11 who get together every year for Friendsgiving. The fact that the table did not have enough chairs (one of the chairs had the pad nails pocking through and could not be used to sit on without a pillow) for us all to fit around was disappointing (the table was big enough just not enough chairs). In addition, there were only 9 forks. I would have thought a house that shows it can accommodate 18 + people would have had more tableware. Some of the beds were very squeaky which caused some complaints. I would say overall it was a good stay.
