El desayuno es bien light para el gusto de diferentes personas todo muy cómodo excepto las almohadas es lo único que dormirá malo de ahí son duras lo demás excelente

El hotel esta muy bonito y limpio todo esta muy acogedor, la habitacion que me dieron no tenia toalllas grandes en el baño algo que me parecio muy raro,pero lo demas excelente.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean. Located in a very nice part of North Charleston. Breakfast could have a little more in terms of options, but that is literally my only critique. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was nice, quiet and convenient to what we wanted. Staff was very kind from the front desk to the ladies cleaning the rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the spacious room, plenty of coffee and free breakfast. The rooms were tidied every day and clean towels provided as necessary. This is a nice hotel. This property is close to the university and about 30 minutes drive by motor car to Charleston. I was unable to find public transportation. An Uber cost $30 each way If there were any restaurants close by I was not aware of them. It would have been helpful to have a list of restaurants who deliver to the hotel.

Not a good location for the airport! However, nice walk around the college campus. Room was standard hotel room. Average. Lighting in the room was terrible-only two small lights in the whole room. However, although drap and “tired” the facility was exceptionally clean. Front staff was functional.

The room was in need of repair. AC unit very noisy. Breakfast was terrible. No healthy options. Not even bananas were offered. Really? Yogurt that is full of chemicals. Worst was the printers in the business center, they didn't work, when I told the desk clerk the answer was Oh, we've been having issues. Never going to stay at a Wingate again.

When we got to our room we noticed a can of furniture polish had been left on the counter. We walked over to the bed and there was a candy wrapper on the floor by the bed so the room obviously wasn't cleaned very well. I went into our bathroom and there was no shower curtain, no bath mat and no soap. I went to the phone to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. My husband had to go back downstairs to get all of the missing items. The next morning I got in the shower and noticed that the tub was not draining and the water was backing up into the tub. The original drain plug was missing and there was a rubber gasket with a bolt through the center being used as a drain plug. A bunch of black gunk started coming up out of the drain. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask them to come fix the tub. I also asked them to send housekeeping to clean all of the black gunk out of the tub. When we went back to the room, neither of our key cards would work, so back down to the front desk we went again. We were told that sometimes the doors don't work. She gave us new card keys that worked. The maintenance person came right away. He took care of the clogged drain and replaced the rubber gasket with a new drain plug. We left for the day and, when we came back that night, we saw that housekeeping had been in the room and brought more towels, but they did not clean the tub as I had asked; the black gunk was still all in the tub. I used a washcloth to scrub it.

The staff is very nice. The property is clean and maintained. For a cheaper hotel it’s a good choice. It is an older hotel but it’s in good condition. Pool and hot tub were clean and heated.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was cleain, staff was friendly, Continental breakfast was good. My only complaint, whi h I am sorry I have to make, becauae everything else was fantastic; but you have to get better mattresses. I would stay here in a heart beat it was wonderful, but i would struggle unless the mattresses were changed
