Cozy, Modern Townhome - Walk to Park Circle!

  • Welcome to our `Cozy, Modern Townhome`, a 2bd/2.5 ba in a fantastic location in the bustling Park Circle neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main drag with its great restaurants, parks, events, and nightlife! The home has been recently updated and tastefully decorated and is ready to welcome you for your stay in Charleston!

    Downstairs:
    - Open living area with Smart TV and sleeper sofa
    - Fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker
    - Half bath
    - Washer/Dryer
    - Back patio with bistro table and chairs

    Upstairs:
    - Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and full En-suite bathroom
    - Second bedroom with queen bed, closet, and full En-suite bathroom

    Guests have access to the entire townhome and the back patio.

    There is free street parking in front of and behind the townhome.

    The townhome is managed locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group so someone is always available should any issues or concerns arise.

    The townhome is located:

    - 10 minute walk to East Montague Ave. restaurants/bars/shops and the Park Circle Disc Golf Course
    - 15 minute walk to Quarterman Park
    - 5 minute drive to Riverfront Park, where many festivals and events are held
    - 10 minute drive to Charleston International Airport and Tanger Outlet Mall
    - 15 minute drive to Downtown Charleston
    - 20 minute drive to Isle of Palms/Sullivan`s Island beaches

    Park Circle:

    Less than ten miles north of downtown, Park Circle is a lively community with unique character. A top local destination with a distinct neighborhood vibe, Park Circle is a planned community that dates back to the early 1900s. As its name suggests, Park Circle is anchored by a central circular park which is echoed by several other nearby green spaces—including the city’s own disc golf course, which is free to the public.

    Known today as North Charleston’s old “Main Street,” Park Circle’s East Montague Ave. is lined with quite a few storefronts and eateries. Grab a cup of coffee, pop into some local shops and snag a bite to eat, all without needing to wander too far in this very walkable area.

    There is plenty of free street parking outside of the townhome.

    All Park Circle area attractions are only a 10-15 minute walk away.

    Uber/Lyft are available should you choose to leave the car parked.

    HOME INFORMATION/HOUSE RULES

    There are train tracks that are located 100 yards away from the home so there may be trains running at any given time. Ear plugs are provided for those sensitive to noise.

    There is a paper mill located 5 miles away from the townhome so there may occasionally be smells from it depending on the wind direction that can emit to as far as 20 miles away. It is something that Charlestonians are completely used to but may be a surprise to non-locals.

    Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am

    CANCELLATIONS

    Guests will receive a 95% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no reservations are given.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT

    A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking prior to the departure date. This deposit will be fully refundable to the card within 5-10 business days after departure if there are no claims made for damages.

    HOUSE MANUAL

    The house manual with all of the details needed for your stay will be sent out at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL directly in the message thread of the account used for booking.

    Please do not ask for it earlier, or ask for it to be sent elsewhere.

    INCLEMENT WEATHER

    Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

    Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb`s insurance or other options are recommended.

    INSECTS

    As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

This is a really nice townhouse in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Except for the random train passing, and honestly that didn’t bother us at all. Comfy beds, nice pillows and the closets had great storage. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The only downside is the uncomfy couch in the living room, which we didn’t really use anyway. We would definitely stay here again! Plus we liked that it was only 20 minutes away from Shipyard Park.

Perfect location for North Charleston

Very clean and well kept condo. Only 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. Could not have asked for a better location. Would stay here again 10 times out of 10. Excellent communication with the property manager, Jabari.

Convenient location!

The townhouse was amazingly clean and well stocked. Bedrooms were a nice size and beds were very comfy. Communication with the host was excellent! Park Circle is a very eclectic area and there are some not so desirable properties close by. However, we were within walking distance of all kinds of cuisines and enjoyed the food. It’s a bustling little city center!

Clean and perfect size for us. I wasn’t impressed much by the look of the surrounding homes, but our townhome was nicely decorated and clean. One con would be that the upstairs bedrooms are hard to cool, given we were there in July though that would be the case with most townhomes.
