    This spacious 4 bedroom home is the perfect place to stay during your time in Charleston. This house is just outside of historic Charleston in vibrant Park Circle! Perfect for large groups, this charming home features a professional design touch and plenty of space for your group.

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The living area and large sectional sofa are perfect for relaxing and feature comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

    The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

    Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need to make the most of your stay in our beloved city. When you make a reservation, you`ll receive a wealth of resources, such as dining suggestions and exclusive discounts at various local businesses. Additionally, we`re excited to provide another enticing benefit – all guests of The Boroughs gain access to Paradiso at reduced rates.

    Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

    Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

    I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but if not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

    Hurricane/Weather Policy:
    In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

    House Policies:
    To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
    No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
    No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
    Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
    Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

    Location Disclosure:
    Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

    Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
    Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
    Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
    Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

This was a great get away for our family with adult children. We met up with one of our children who lives in Charleston. Great space. Well stocked kitchen. Fun location to walk and find restaurants.
