Great Spot!

My friends and I had a great time at this Vrbo! The host has clear instructions on checking in and out, plus a list of great recommendations for the area! The backyard was the perfect place for our dinners and the towels on the beds were so cute. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Great stay!

House is great and was perfect for our stay! We played the games provided and used the grill to cook dinner. The neighborhood does not look the best but it was very quiet and we felt safe.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was great and new inside. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids have a National Dance Competition all week.The neighborhood doesn't loom the greatest but the neighbors were fine and no one bothered us. I will rent again through The Boroughs!

Wonderful newly renovated property

Lovely property in a slightly out.of the way location which was perfect for us. Plenty of room for the five of us and the kids loved the comfortable bunk beds.

House is great and mostly clean. You can tell the hosts put effort into keeping things nice with lots of thoughtful details. Neighborhood is a bit run down, but as other reviews have said, the neighbors are very kind and friendly. Hosts made everything about the process easy and smooth. Would recommend.

Our stay was amazing. This house was crisp and clean. It had all of the creature comforts someone would need on vacation. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer, especially traveling with small kids. The kitchen was well equipped and there were enough linens and towels for everyone. We did not use the backyard due to the heat but it was well manicured and looked nice. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very Cozy and Clean

This home was wonderful for our weekend getaway. The house is just as it is pictured online. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was wonderful. I loved that they included coffee pods! The location of the home was very convenient. The neighborhood seemed friendly but run down. This home has been fully remodeled and is very nice though.

Great Experience!

We loved this house. It’s just a tiny bit out of the way but nothing unbearable. The neighbors are friendly and the grocery store is close by. The house was beautiful and the owners thought of everything. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Great little house

This house was located around 25 minutes from each beach. The house itself was nicely renovated and has a ton of beds to choose from. The hang out space is large enough for 10 adults to hang out in. The price for this house is great.

We loved the house and we all enjoyed our short time at this property. On the downside, we were not totally comfortable with the neighborhood - on our first night in the house, three young children rang the doorbell at around 9:30PM and invited us to go out and watch them do gymnastic moves. We were wondering why parents of these children allow them to be out after 9:30PM much less casually invite neighbors to hang out with them outside at night. We found this a bit disturbing, to say the least.

New Build in a Developing Location

The listing of this rentals interior is as advertised. However, it is a new build in a developing area. As someone who does not know anything about the Charleston area, I now know there is a big difference between North Charleston and downtown. Moving forward I now know it’s equally as important to understand the surroundings and neighborhood of the VRBO rentals as it is to review the actual listing itself. I recommend google mapping yourself into this area so you fully understand the location.

The hosts were wonderful & had great communication throughout our stay. We had a great stay at the house & had everything we could need in the kitchen/living room/bathrooms (thankfully plenty of towels). The home was clean and just as described. Not in the nicest neighborhood, but all neighbors were friendly and the home was safe. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the house, and it served as a great base of operations for our vacation. There was enough space for my family and our pets. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor space was large enough and had a nice propane grill that was simple to use. The wifi was also fantasic throughout the house. The hosts responded quickly to messages and were very helpful in giving us ideas for outings.
